Carlos is the son of Cruella De Vil, but he's the first to tell you that he's nothing like his mother.
He's sweet, kind, brilliant, techy, and has a dog, Dude, who is his best friend. (Yes, I know the text in the gif has a typo, It's Pack not Packed, but the gif was too perfect). He comes from Auradon, a kingdom that has brought all of the Disney kingdoms together.
Basically, Carlos is a sweetie, from a terrible mother, a 'normal' guy from a world of fairy tales and magic and kings and queens.
