Usually Amy was pretty chatty, but lately she’s started to appreciate the quiet moments as well. Especially since they’ve been pretty rare these days. And somehow, with Shadow, the silence wasn’t as awkward as it probably might have been with some of the others.

As she gently runs her hands along some of the blossoms, though, her mind turns back to the world they’re in, and what they’ve supposedly been brought here for. From what she had read, plant magic was something that people could do here, but she wasn’t sure if it was one of her abilities or not.

So, after walking in silence with him for a moment, eventually she ventures, “So, um...Shadow?”
