"Yeah, I agree! But it had every two-bit wannabe bounty hunter from Seyruun to Atlas City after my hide! And yeah they do, a little bit! It's a trend, all right? I didn't ask for it!"
It works. Lina's practically incandescent with rage now. "FIFTY GOLD?! THAT'S IT?!" Somehow, that manages to be the biggest insult of all after all of the indignities she's suffered in the last...ten minutes or so. She looks towards Darin's camp, and then after a moment, scoops up the now quite dead fish by her feet, and stalks over to where he'd set up.
Muttering angrily under her breath she sits down on the sand, crossing her legs, and letting the fish rest on her lap while she produces an abacus, which she starts trying to work some sort of calculations out. "Fifty gold?! What the hell kind of offer is that?" She snorts in disgust. "I killed Ruby-Eye Shabranigdo. Twice!"
She also grabs a towel from the pile and starts trying to dry herself off with one hand as she works.
