"When we leave the stage, pick any box to stick your knife under. Point up, if you please. Then we're going to have the lady choose an envelope with a set of three numbers, completely at random, and she's going to smash the boxes with those numbers. We will of course show the audience what comes out of the cards. Oh, and feel free to inspect them for any marks or tells if it suits you, by the way!"
