I could try making one myself from scratch... but that would mean finding wheat seeds, waiting for it to grow, using the wheat to make flour, using the flour to make bread, growing vegetables for the stuff in the sandwich, and that would take for-ev-er! And I might not even get it right the first time!
But, with money? I can give someone money to make me a sandwich, and they can do it in a couple of seconds, and do it perfectly to my tastes.
