Maybe if she were in her bathing suit or something... Or a pat on the head, if this man and his honey-bun dragon...thingy would allow it. The Honey-Bun no doubt would, but Ochako's not going to go petting anything without the owner's permission - that's just rude, and dangerous.]

Ehehe, maybe another time. Maybe I give her a pet though, mister? On the head, if she can bow down a little bit. Honestly, I'd have thought the people here would do something better, knowing how long this has been going on, but...I'm starting to wonder if the water itself is important in the introduction to this world.
