But we aren't all from the same Fódlan, exactly. How events leading up to the war, and the war itself, happened very differently for some of us when compared to others. I remember staying with the Golden Deer and fighting for the Alliance alongside Claude and Byleth, for example. But Edelgard and Byleth say that in their Fódlan, Byleth and I both joined the Black Eagles and fought for them instead of Leicester.
