Info: Grumpy awkward disaster with a birthday coming up at the end of the month. Has a giant teleporting space wolf for a pet and a squirrel-sized flying serpent with ox horns and fangs for a familiar.

Desired CR: I'm really open to anything. I don't have any specific plans, but friends, enemies, frenemies... I'm open to plotting shipping if someone might be interested. No real preferences on that, though I will be upfront and say that I'm sometimes uncomfortable writing anything that goes beyond like PG-13 after a bad RP shipping experience in the past. That said, I love awkward dates and cute fluffy stuff with cuddling, even angsty lover spats. Keith is also very much a found-family kind of character. He doesn't have a lot of family (only child and spent most of his life thinking he was an orphan), so, once he decides you're a close friend, you're essentially his family, and he takes that really seriously.
Known Plans: I'm pretty much on hiatus this month because I have a lot going on and don't know how much availability I'll have. So this is kind of a "handwaved CR" kind of thread at the moment. October 23rd is also Keith's canon birthday, so, if anyone wants to have their characters find out (Shiro knows the day, as well, definitely, and it was in the Paladin's Handbook that was supposedly written by the characters, so I'm open to Allura knowing it as well), feel free. I don't think I'll be putting up an open post for it in-game, but if anyone wants to acknowledge it, I'm open to working something out if we want to do a closed thread somewhere.

Character Name: Drake Mallard / Darkwing Duck
Canon: DuckTales (2017)
Info: In the DuckTales 2017 world, Darkwing Duck is a fictional show in-universe, but Drake Mallard is an actor and fanboy who ends up deciding to become Darkwing Duck in real life! He can generally be a chill nerd, though very much obsessed with heroes and especially Darkwing Duck. And as Darkwing Duck, he acts more over-the-top and theatrical, with a penchant for wordplay. He's inexperienced as a hero, but sometimes he has some idea what he's doing! Like the classic Darkwing Duck, he can be egotistical and petty, but he's still generally friendly and trying to do the right thing. He has his protective instincts and looks out for others. And his whole thing is getting up whenever he's knocked back down!
Magics & Familiar: Light/Siphon and a bat named Littlewings
Desired CR: Various kinds of friends and allies! Fellow heroes and crime-fighting types, other animal people, fellow nerds and actors. He's also very much a character for found families, especially dadding at kids. Potential rivals and enemies are good, as long as it's not a situation where Darkwing has no chance of doing anything against them. Anyone who wants to play off of this duck is welcome!
Known Plans: I do have my eye on quests for this month! I have to get on making an open log, but Darkwing's available for fighting both pumpkins and the headless horseman, and he'll also be working on beds as Drake. ...And maybe seeing if he can make Darkwing Duck racecar beds. Drake also has a verified social media account for reporting Darkwing Duck sightings, though I still have to set up the full info for that.

Info: Tired teen "save the world!" protagonist doing her best to roll on through the times.
Magics & Familiar: Cognitive/Siphon & Peryton (not that she's done a whole lot with her magic at all)
Desired CR: Pretty much open to anything! She's a really good character for difficult people, because she tends to just keep on keeping on, and it's very difficult to put her off--but honestly I am excited for anything and everything. \o/
Known Plans: I am contemplating writing a catchall for this month, but Ritsuka is also one of the folks that decided to strike it out on her own and camp for a while, though she's going to be hitting up both the pumpkin and bunk bed quests; she tends to gravitate towards support quests for the most part.

I WANT her to go into the forest with the fachan, but she wouldn't do that without someone who is a combatant because she's smart enough not to, so if anyone is interested in that, hit me up eyyyyyyy.

But honestly, because I am kinda shy about writing posts, I am also more than happy to hit folks up in inboxes or their own posts, so just let me know if you're interested!

Character Name: Lorenz Hellman Gloucester
Canon: Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Info: Lorenz is a huffy, snooty noble type that is now well aware of the issues with his upbringing and is struggling to embrace different cultures and classes and now that he's here he's realizing just how painfully limited his world view really is. While he's not as outgoing about such things as some of his fellows he is doing his best to try new things and broaden his horizons, as it were.

Desired CR: people that will be understanding while still pushing him outside his comfort zone, tea aficionados, people that will challenge him, artists, people that will CALL HIM ON HIS BULLSHIT!
Known Plans: I am just coming off hiatus so I do want to get him more involved in things! He's been sort of preoccupied with some inner cast drama and some soul searching but I do intend to do an open Host Club prompt for him at some point this month!

Character Name: Tsumugi Tsukioka
Canon: A3!
Info: Tsumugi is the kind and empathetic leader of Mankai's Winter Troupe, and a big ol' acting junkie. He's been acting since elementary school and while he has a lot of braincells, a significant portion of them are devoted to theater. To say he's passionate would be an understatement! He also enjoys gardening and flowers, dogs, and consuming egg dishes.
Magics & Familiar: Cognitive + Green, with a spectral dog (boof) named Fuyu!

Desired CR: Short answer is any! Slightly longer answer:

The easiest ways to catch his attention are acting/theater and gardening, though I'm wanting to expand his social circle in general. So if you're looking for a friend, let's talk it out!

Along similar lines, I would love for him to get the opportunity to learn from others. Whether that's magic, technology, or whatever your character's passion is, he's a fairly ordinary young adult from a fairly ordinary world so he'll be interested to hear about it, even if he might not be able to follow along perfectly.

He's a good listener, so if your character needs a friend or stranger to bounce thoughts off of or a shoulder to cry on, especially in the wake of the event, I'm down for that as well.

Known Plans:

I plan on tossing up an open log for October soon! I'm still thinking about what else I can add to it, but the main thing is that he'll be doing street acts (solo improv performances) around Camelot for free entertainment, with any tips he earns going right to relief efforts. I'll have prompt options for if you want to join him in acting, or just watch.

On the quest/TDM front, I don't have any set plans beyond getting a pet fae frog from the pet adoption fair (Not Quite A Puppy Parade). I'd be open to threads at said fair, Pumpkin Mayhem, or Bunker Down!

He currently works at Don't Stop Be-Leafing and Kaika Theater! Honestly, he'll be spending a decent amount of time at the theater because 1. he's taken on some ~additional responsibilities~ to help cover for the lost of theater dad, and 2. Kaika's gonna do... something... in response to recent events. We're thinking having the theater function as a daycare temporarily, but don't quote me on that quite yet.

This is something we can handwave if you'd prefer, but would you be interested in Anna getting some acting tips/lessons from Tsumugi? Back at their original theater he was one of the troupe leaders, so he's used to mentoring newer actors, and would be more than happy to help Anna however much or little she needs!

Canon: Fate/Grand Order
Info: His info post! I am at work and EXTRA lazy today so your super short summary for this month is: pessimistic and self-loathing Fate/ Master comes from dramatic and villainous circumstances at home, but has a truce with the protag team here in Avalon and kinda feels very shitty about everything that happened anyway. He's working out how to move forward when he wasn't expecting to get that luxury. Enjoys rock music, mythology, camping, hunting, games, and obsessively stalking the network to gather information on people, or at least get a good thumb on who's who.
Magics & Familiar: Light / Frost Hydra (D'yavol Tron)

Desired CR: I REALLY DO LIKE EVERYTHING. Useless but true! I love just seeing how things play out without too much planning in advance, and I never mind being tagged by anyone who might end up with negative CR with Kadoc, or weird CR, or anything else; it's all good to me! Kadoc in particular is pretty good at rolling with any character type; he's withdrawn and needs some pushing, but isn't so withdrawn that he can't interact with other withdrawn people, and he's extremely resilient to dealing with assholes. But I'm also a sucker for adorable friendship and other positive CR. Just come at me!

Known Plans: The big one for this month is that Kadoc is going to be taking over Gundham's animal shelter/sanctuary now that he's gone (since he was an employee there and doesn't want to see it shut down) and expanding the business; he'll do a network post about this when the business license is approved by the mods and I have everything in. He's going to be looking for employees, especially Animal or Healing Mages or anyone else good with wildlife to help care for any animals that come in. The stable associated with the shelter will also be open to rent for anyone who just got a new horse and needs a place to keep it!

Other than that, I'm not planning on a catchall for this month, but I would be interested in participating in some of the quests like Pumpkin Mayhem or the Robin Hood quest, and also Kadoc will definitely be getting a shitty talking frog friend from the TDM. It's what he deserves.

Info: A cheerful, friendly, and optimistic young man with a zeal for life and adventuring. Righteous and forthright, always wanting to help and do what's right. Polite and well-mannered but also dense and lacking in common sense. Reckless and has no real sense of self-preservation whatsoever due to how his life is. He's got a strong sense of optimism that's coupled with a surprisingly low sense of self-worth. Has big protag energy but is literally so unlucky that he's just a side character instead.

Desired CR: I'm okay with most kinds of CR for him. he needs friends, and fellow like-minded adventuring types. He gets along pretty well with most people.
Known Plans: He's gonna start up his Adventure Blog soon-ish ~~once I actually sit down and write up something for it to get it registered~~ and have his first post with it! With special guest star Venti ofc. He's also chasing a headless horseman with Xiao. I've been eying Pumpkin Mayhem and Culinary Choice with him as far as other quests go, so he's open to doing things there. He needs some new CR outside his cast.

Character Name: Kotarou Tennouji
Canon: Rewrite
Info: Kotarou is a bright, optimistic and frivolous guy who tries very hard to befriend people and wants to be a somebody in life. He used to have superpowers back home, but he feels more comfortable with the fact that people happily embrace magic powers here. On the surface, he's quite the annoying snarky jokester who tends to joke around and not take anything or anyone very seriously. He also has a really bad arrogant streak where he tends to look down people (sometimes unintentionally). But deep down, he's pretty pessimistic and frustrated with himself because he's constantly seeking ways to improve his life and himself as a person. Once you get past those layers, Kotarou is a kind and selfless guy at the core who's willing to help anyone that he comes across. A very loyal (and occasionally questionable) friend to have in your life!

Magics & Familiar: He has Light Magic and Blood Magic! Along with that, he carries a tsundere Leaf bird familiar who loves poking him a lot.

Desired CR: Open to all sorts of CR! Kotarou can be good for positive, negative or a mix of in-between given that he has a talent of annoying people by accident or otherwise. He's quite a proactive fellow who tends to pulls pranks or do all sorts of dumb shit to drag others along with him for fun or their own expense. He's also pretty nosy, so he might want to go on investigations like a detective and see what kind of mysterious/supernatural stuff is going on.

Also up for people who call him out on his over-the-top bullshit is nice since he's usually the funny guy while others play the straight man to him. Reversals are fun too since Kotarou can be quite the sarcastic guy or gets freaked out easily whenever others around him are calmer or more sillier than him. On a more serious note, Kotarou can be pretty supportive and uplifting to those who carry tragic pasts or hold heavy burdens on their shoulders because he's BEEN there. Might take some build up, but totally willing to play stuff like that out.

Known Plans: I don't have any hard plans at the moment! I'm debating on doing either the Suns Out, Guns Out quest or the Locksley Quest for Dark Web stuff. Or the more supportive quests like Pumpkin Mayhem or Bunker Down. The Don't Lose Your Head quest sounds interesting, though he'd want to team up with a more experienced fighter or healer to help out and for reassurance. Other than that, he'll be helping out the recovery effort as best he can!

Yesss, a calm, collected, new friend!! God knows Hijikata always needs those. Honestly, it's my headcanon that he's noticed Somnus around here and there as early as during the winter tournament, but since he's a well-adjusted person just quietly minding his own business Hijikata never felt prompted to descend on him in a bitchfit. 😂 Now that they've spoken he considers it confirmed that Somnus has a good head on his shoulders!

KATSURA... that's wonderful; I adore him!! And the live action movies are so fun! I actually only got into Gintama a few years ago, and it's still going strong as my main fandom (despite having ended this year; I still can't believe it!).

Hello! I would like CR with Monika and Gandra since Monika is one of Fenton's friends. They're also both technomancers, which lends itself to CR on its own.

Hello! Gandra's primary magic is healing and she's got a bit of a soft spot for kids underneath the snark and occasionally morally questionable decisions. I'd love to have some CR between her and Eri since she is working on a learning app to help healers get better at their craft and trying to make it child friendly.

🍃 Venti has recently mastered the ability to send his voice directly into people's minds via his cognitive magic. What better way to poke at people than putting songs in their heads.

🍃 Since he had a fondness for Celliwig and fairy wine Venti is going to be fairly concered and saddened by the destruction.

🍃 Quest: Bunker Down Venti might be inclined to help the recovery efforts by helping with assembling beds. But he's no carpenter! At least he'll try to make beds?

🍃 Quest: A Quest From Lockslet He would be more than enthusiastic about stealing from the rich and giving to the poor and in need! He'll be ready to break into some houses without blinking an eye. Catch him or help him out!

🍃 Since the Inn is becoming crowded Venti might be sleeping on the roof a few times unless his roommate scares people away. He'll also be willing to share beds if that helps and to get some of the mystery muffins and go'oat milk.

But since he's repressed his blood magic for months it's going to be unruly to handle. Any time he uses his blood magic it's going to threaten to get out of his control!

🥦 He will be feeling the particular failure of the destruction of Celliwig and Lestari pretty hard. Since he is a knight and a hero in training he'll feel this hit him harder than most and will try to make amends. And be more determined than ever to help with rescue and recovery.

🥦 Quest: Pumpkin Mayhem Izuku would be happy to make some pumpkins! And get incredibly freaked out when they start to move! Catch them!

🥦 Quest: Don't Lose Your Head He will be dodging the headless horseman and trying to save the other volunteers. Getting in trouble and almost losing his head! Maybe a good chance for his blood magic to go haywire here.

🥦 As an alchemist Izuku works on making gear for his friends if anyone wants anything made.

Character Name: Bakugou Katsuki

Info:
A 17 yr old boy from your typical shonen series. Bakugou has a pretty rough and rude exterior. He struggles to communicate his emotions effectively and is very aggressive. Katsuki is competitive, wanting to be perfect and flawless in everything that he does - which includes hero work. However, he has really grown a lot as a character and can see his own weaknesses and accept them for what they are. He wants to grow beyond those weaknesses and is working on just being a better person and comrade. CHARACTER GROWTH BUT STILL KIND OF AN ASSHOLE.

💥 Celliwig and Lestari are not a good time for him. He is going to be pretty upset about the entire thing, but he's not the type to show his emotions too much, so it'll be hard to realize that this is on his mind.

💥 Work has been stressful lately so I am looking for more chill things to do.

Gaius is also immensely into horsebackriding and is trying to figure out if he should teach more often, possible turn it into a business? He probably does work at a stable, so maybe they didn't really interact until now?

Gaius is a tall young man with a very long spear so he's not hard to miss.

I definitely need to hit up Darin because Gaius is realizing he needs to do more for Avalon instead of worrying so much about a home he can't get back to at the moment. Maybe they can bond over that?

Canon: Final Fantasy IX (Post-Game)

Info: Just your friendly neighborhood flirty thief that says he's an actor (and he's not technically lying) that does things for people because he can. But don't think that means he doesn't know when he's gotta kick someone's ass.

Magics & Familiar: Kinetic/Bargaining | Moguo the Moogle Familiar

Desired CR: Zidane always welcomes more friends. And if he can have enemies, that'd be cool, but he tends to try to understand everyone even if he doesn't agree. Folks just live their lives, you know? Meanwhile, not looking for love because his wife is here (lol).

Known Plans: So, I already have his Catch-all for October posted if people wanna hit him up, but to summarize before you click the link.

• Zidane's disappointed that they failed Celliwig and Lestari, but he's helping out the refugees. One way he has is he's given up both his room in the Inn and the house he intended on moving into and has temporarily moved in with Garnet. Look, just thinking about what they couldn't do doesn't help anyone; they have to move forward.

• In part of helping out, Zidane's taken the quest Don't Lose Your Head and fights off the Headless Horseman... also might Bargain with the guy should anyone help to retrieve his head with Zidane. Hopefully, he can provide temporary relief for this mission.

• He's also in Bunker Down helping build bunk beds until the process is automated. This would be more for old CR catching up, or new CR getting caught in shenanigans trying to put beds together.

• Can't tell a thief not to steal so hell yeah he's taken up A Quest from Locksley. This quest is also personal and tied to Suns Out, Guns Out in a thread with Gokudera (but not in the open post) where a gang has been hassling the folks around Zidane's new neighborhood for a time and one aristocrat target is their beneficiary. Look, he's solving the problem, okay?

• Lastly, he's gone into the now silent Forest of the Felled from the TDM prompts and encountered the Fachan in Forest of the Fachan. So, fun...

• Of course, don't let any of these current on-goings stop folks from drumming up CR via Wildcard option. He's all around New Camelot trying to help out refugees as a start to making up for their failings protecting their homes (and the Forest, but that place was creepy and trouble anyway).

I would be perfectly happy to throw Gaius at the shenanigans of Darkwing Duck. There's no superhero culture in his canon so please feel free to enlighten him.

He would also be happy to decorate bunk beds as well as he is a painter.

Character Name: Tsunayoshi Sawada
Canon: Katekyou Hitman Reborn
Info: Tsuna is the reluctant tenth generation heir of the Vongola Mafia family but he'd really rather not. He's a bit of a weenie, a bit of a loser, and is learning how to try his best. This doesn't stop him from being a tried and true shonen protagnist. He doesn't invite chaos, it just follows him home.
Magics & Familiar: Elemental, Green, and Aki the Griffin
Desired CR: All types! Friends, mentors, study buddies, quest pals! He's got a bit of a study group going at the school so anyone who wants to join in with that is welcome.
Known Plans:
- Tsuna is going to be noticing weird things happening at the school over the month of October, in a seven wonders of the school/nana fushigi deal. Most of the things will be benign but at least one or two will probably have a spirit or fairy behind them. I'll have a network post for Tsuna pointing it out, but he will try to weasel out of any investigation because he is a weenie. Feel free to prevent that and drag him along.
Depending on how things go, he might have an open log mid-moth for shenanigans.

-Open to quests and the like. He may also head out to Celliwig/Lestari to help with things, and is staying with Gokudera in order to create some more space.

-He's also doing the Suns Out Guns Out quest with Gokudera with the intention of stopping whoever is harassing the refugees. As a result, his hair is the colour of the guy on the left for the month.

Character Name: Din Djarin
Canon: The Mandalorian
Info: Loner bounty hunter turned space dad. Din often works alone but doesn't say no to help. Can be begrudgingly helpful. Good in a fight but gets knocked around a lot. Fistfights lead to friendship. Not here to adopt but he will parent.
Magics & Familiar: Kinetic, Bargaining and a dog-sized Mudhorn he's more or less named Boulder.
Desired CR: Quest friends are always good, of any age. Can mentor teens, will protect small children, probably needs more people to talk to
Known Plans:
- Din has been spending a lot of time in Celliwig/Lestari, helping with the cleanup. He feels a little useless since things went bad with that event. He is holding on to some of his findings of the Dragon's hoard (with the hopes that he can take it back with him for his tribe, he's not selfish).

-He'll probably have an open log with some of the quests including the headless horseman and bunker down.

-I will probably tamper with his armour temporarily at some point, but I might save that for November.
