By her body language, one could probably guess that Allura's feeling a little adverse to the situation here. However, it's not the water that's a problem, but rather the public nature of the baths — it's a special occasion when she shows her wrists or ankles in front of other people, so this level of exposure is far beyond what she's used to. Even as she approaches the water, she's wearing the kind of all-covering robe that would normally be reserved for after the bath, and clutches it tightly in fear that the garment might slip.

But it's not as if anyone is forcing Allura to be here. And while she may have been getting in her own head a bit, hearing Y'shtola's remark seems to snap her out of it, reminding her of why she came all this way.
