[ There's a pretty intense feeling of deja-vu that hits Sakyo the moment he realizes he's in water. Freezing cold water at that. It isn't until he drags himself to land that he comes to realize that yes, this sort of thing has definitely happened before, though as he watches as his familiar komainu hauls itself along after he notices that the surroundings are... sort of different than before. Didn't he show up at a beach the first time? Is this a different place?

His intense thinking is interrupted by the large guardian lion-dog beginning to shake the water out of its fur. ]

Go do that somewhere else! I'm soaked enough already! [ His komainu has gotten pretty good at listening when being scolded, so it gives a whimper then disappears, leaving Sakyo to his own devices. He removes his glasses in order to at least let them dry faster, staring off toward the water. ]

Where the hell is this? [ Is this still even Avalon? ]

[ He's definitely too old for this, Sakyo thinks as he stands there in the underwater park, pixies flittering about with their obnoxious laughter. Just let him go back to the inn and have a coffee and a nap or something. The younger sorts would have a better time figuring out what nonsense needs to be fixed this time around. He'd might as well try to find something to do in the meantime before they can leave this place.

As he walks about, streetlights seem to flicker then disappear in his vicinity. Odd. The electricity must be busted what with this all being underwater and all. A pixie flutters behind him suddenly, snickering before zooming in, leaving a wake of dust as it passes. Sakyo tries to wave it off in frustration. ]

Keep that up and I'll do nothing about it! [ ...wait, what? ]

[ Sakyo stares up at the tree, arms crossed, unmoving. If your character seems younger than him then the only thing he'll say is: ]

[ However if they look about his age or are older, he's just going to keep standing there and wait to see you... y'know, start climbing. He might be a yakuza but he only does reckless things when ordered to, and only when he thinks its not a stupid idea. And this? This is really stupid. He hasn't climbed trees since he was five. ]
