Zuko has pretty extensive experience in food service as a busboy and waiter for someone who's about to rule a country when he gets home, so he's kinda. sticking with that line of work, lol. worked in two teashops and a teppanyaki restaurant. sticking with what he knows. he's better as a busboy than a waiter, curt but cordial, rather formal, punctual, hard-working, but def not much of a people person either. he's a good employee.
