She was patrolling, as a knight she actually does that sometimes. It gave her an excuse to go out and do something. Like go and see the newcomers. Imagine her surprise when she spots a familiar scarf.
Belgium tells herself she's seeing things. Until...
"Big broer? Big... broer!"
She runs over to him quickly, arms wrapping going to wrap around him in her excitement! She might be crying just a tad, ignore that.
