She was always obsessed with flight and the wings that legend said their people once had. Now that she has her wings she loves to fly. Wild child who knows little of civilization, with a strong "bratty but loving older sister" vibe going for her. She will happily land on you if she thinks your ego needs taking down a peg or three. Magic & Familiar: animal, but since talking to animals is the norm for her and she hasn't shifted yet, she doesn't realize she has any. Her familiar is a phoenix so she has someone to fly with. The phoenix is NB and so Rhia jumps between male and female pronouns when talking about him/her. Desired CR: Found family for sure. Friends. Rivals could be fun.
