Also CR with Hikaru means getting pranked at least a dozen times and having your outfit and hair critiqued too. Sorry. He doesn't know how to socialize due to his Sad Past. Magic & Familiar: Elemental and a kitsune named Yoshiha! She's a scoundrel. If you want your character to be messed with by her, that's always a thing. Desired CR: Anything excluding romantic! Hikaru isn't a very social guy but he needs to open up his world a little bit more here because he doesn't have all of his Important People. Known Plans: All I know is that Hikaru is going to get a job in customer service and then get fired in the first day because he insulted a customer and then become an online influencer.
