[Simple is more than fine by Jullus. There hadn't been room for anything fancy in Tertium anyway, not when most of what they did have had been scrounged from any and all available sources - which even he couldn't deny had only been becoming slimmer the longer things had gone on. No one had been starving, yes. But the luxury of choice is not something that they'd had at any point he would call recent.

Too, there's a sort of ... comfort to what he finds, when he opens to tin to see what's inside. True, the Werlyt flare is something that he's not familiar with - and how could he be, when he'd never had cause to be anywhere near Werlyt - but the sight of something from home is... comforting. In a way that he's not entirely sure he'd be able to articulate, and doesn't so much as try to.]


Better that than the reverse.

[Still, he nods at the mention of the carriage. It stands to reason that there would be something to get people from the cliffs into town and though a carriage is - or at least sounds - lower-tech than most of the things common to Garlemald, it's not like it wouldn't still work.]

Lead the way, then.
