I'm from Yokohama. I'm not familiar with Seirin, but I grew up going in and out of overseas. My father is American, my mother is Japanese. [ Kuroko is right, Riou is half. He provides it clearly, since he knows how that sounds and how some people react. He's still Japanese. ]
