( abby looks down as the cone bounces off her shin. a small part of her wants to pick it up and toss it at her head with all her strength. it's not as threatening a hint as she thinks when she could probably throw harder with her toes.
it's not that she wants to spend any amount of time near ellie. it's that she doesn't know where they go from here. if she walks away, will ellie do the same? or will she be here, practicing and training until she can get to abby? she might not even wait that long. she might come find her tonight, blade in hand.
