His eyes narrow, thinking she's being a smartass, or maybe she's just dumb. Lily has been coming across as a childish sort of girl. "Yeah, there's a lot of it. Wait-! Get off of me!" And he wobbles as she climbs on him, blushing and aggravated and taking a step forward where the creature's face had been. He falls right into the water, not even seeing what had frightened her, but moving to get her off so he doesn't drown or make her strange chain/animal/dog/monster/whatever the hell angry enough to attack him.
