[Well, Ochako was just about to go into an explanation of the phone - how to turn it on and off, options to lock it if this girl wanted some privacy, and general functionality. Sort of...like showing an older person how to use a phone, though she never did ever have a smart phone before (her family wasn't the wealthiest...), so it was a learning experience even for her a little bit.
