Character Name: Barbara
Canon: Final Fantasy Dimensions
Info: She's got an info post here, but the short version is that Barbara is a Final Fantasy Dragoon and they are usually reckless, single-minded dingdongs with tragic pasts and crap social skills. Barbara has excellent social skills, however, for getting along with dragons. That's because she was raised by her dad's dragon after he was killed in battle with the evil empire, which FUN FACT, the evil empire in her world is named Avalon. So that constantly makes her feel weird. Barbara also has had a really strong distrust of other humans for most of her life (because of imperial treachery) but after meeting the Warriors of Light and seeing that they were willing to risk their lives for her dragon family, she is more open to interacting with her own kind.

She also has reeeally rudimentary language skills and is just barely literate (again, dragons), and her world is anachronistic-medieval (so airships yes, refrigerators no). Avalon is a very, very strange place for her.

Magic & Familiar: Elemental magic, moogle familiar

Desired CR: Any kind of CR, tbh! Barbara is slowly venturing into human relationships again, so I'd like to do more with her learning how to trust and rely on other people in a more long-term way than temporary battle partners. She's here to keep her world from getting destroyed so she looks for things that seem like they're going to help with that. She is also really protective once she decides that someone is part of her circle and "protective" means "stab things." That said, she can also be belligerent and jump to conclusions and she doesn't really explain herself before deciding to do stuff, so if you want some kind of frenemy or dislike going on that would be easy to achieve.

Known Plans: I'm new here so I don't have a whole lot of fixed ideas, but:
- I have an open log up for March here!
- Barbara makes a good quest partner in terms of adventuring ability and does keep an eye on the questboard.
- She's training with her magic so she can get the DRAGOON JUMP back, and maybe even make it better.
- Her moogle is basically her secretary when it comes to network and text-based communication so if you wanna play with a moogle this is your chance.

Info: Suspicious old man whose motives are as clear as mud. Still, he gives good advice and seems to be a lot more human than he'd care to admit. Also he keeps playing relationship counselor to other people, what's up with that?????????

Desired CR: I know "anything" is a boring answer but genuinely I'm quite happy with anything SDKKSDFGF
Rei is pretty friendly, with a side of teasing (and mentally logging everything you tell him about yourself). So he can get along with lots of people. If your character is a bit reserved, or seems like the type to bristle easily, Rei will absolutely bug them lmfao.
On a longer timescale, Rei is not above using blackmail/general rudeness to further another person's growth if he finds that person interesting or useful. So if your character needs a character arc kickstarted by a villain... i'm your guy LMFAOOO

Info: Dawn’s your typical modern day female Pokémon trainer in the anime - a trainer seeking to be the best Coordinator around. She’s a lot more level-headed than most and is a big go-getter at times. She loves the latest gadgets and will go out of her way to get them. She can also take losses really hard.

Desired CR: Hit me with anything! I want it all! Just be careful with shipping - the anime wants to say she’s younger than she should be.

Info: Rambunctious, friendly zombie apocalypse survivor, motorcycle enthusiast, and all around nice lady. Claire's a friendly, easygoing person with a positive attitude and a lot of patience. Info Page!
Magic & Familiar: Dark Magic, and a Barghest
Desired CR: I'm here for friends, enemies, frenemies, and really anything else you might want. Romance is possible, but she's not really seeking it out. Additionally, she's kind of helicopter parenting Sherry Birkin, so anyone around Sherry can expect to meet Claire.
Known Plans: Claire is aiming for Knighthood, and so will be doing combat related quests. She's got a business started, a courier service, if anyone would like to play around with slice of life business stuff. And she's getting fairly adept at curses and dark magic spells.

Character Name: Tsuyu Asui
Canon: My Hero Academia
Info: Tsuyu is a superhero in training who has a whole lot of froglike mannerisms. When she's not here, she is basically a frog girl. Now she's just a friend of all frogs. She's sweet, easygoing, and blunt, as well as quite opinionated. She likes swimming, and she's a bit of an athlete too.
Magic & Familiar: Light Magic and a Kappa.
Desired CR: I'm wide open for Tsuyu for just about anything. Friends, enemies, people that know her castmates, people that want to talk philosophy with a teenager for some reason. Romance isn't off the table, but she's 16, and it'd take a lot of buildup.
Known Plans: Get out, get quests, be helpful and do right by the people in Avalon. Tsu is working on her magic, and generally trying to cope with not being a frog anymore? Anatomical changes are weird, okay?

Character Name: Momo Yaoyorozu
Canon: My Hero Academia
Info: Info/Permissions here! Momo is a high school student in training to become a professional superhero. In her universe, 80% of the world's population has a Quirk (a superpower), and superheroes are so common that it's a well established career track, with schools devoted to training young people to become heroes upon graduation. Momo's Quirk is Creation, which functions much the same way as Alchemy magic in-game: She can transmute the lipids in her skin into any kind of nonliving material, and can create any item she knows the chemical formula for! She's incredibly smart (top of her class academically) and comes from a very wealthy superhero family. She's a bit clueless about her privilege, at times, but she's so nice that nobody really minds.

Canon: The Chronicles of Amber
Info: Wiki page. Corwin is your typical 1970's fantasy novel protagonist. He's snarky, he's intelligent, he's really good at fighting, and he's a big old flirt. At his current canon point (the end of book 5), he is also very, very tired. He just saved all of reality from being destroyed by his brother and now he's here, in an Avalon that isn't anything like the Avalon(s) he's familiar with, having to save all of reality again.
Magic & Familiar: Kinetic magic & unicorn
Desired CR: Friends, rivals, people for him to spar with or flirt with.

Character Name: Dust
Canon: Dust: An Elysian Tail

Info: So a powerful assassin and a righteous and compassionate kid killed each other, and the leader of a group undergoing genocide fused their souls together. Created to be a weapon, Dust killed a heck of a bunch of monsters, knocked sense back into a god, cut his way through an entire army, and pulled off a mutual-kill on the greatest swordsman and general in the realm. And then he ended up here.

Magic & Familiar: Elemental | Quetzalcoatl

Desired CR: Dust is struggling badly to adjust to Avalon, and as such, really needs friend to help him just have a normal life. Not spend the entire time wishing he was fighting monsters. Doing normal things. Sleeping in a bed every once in a while. Convince him he can have a life outside of his identity as Sen-Mithrarin. (Shipping's all good but he's not the easiest...)

Known Plans: Dust is all-in on quests, so if anyone wants to get in on that, I'm all for it. He doesn't touch the Dark Web Quests, 'cuz he's a hero sort. Other than that, nothing specific.

Character Name: Morgan Knight
Canon:Mage: the Ascension (OC)
Info: Cheerful, friendly, optimistic martial artist who's actually a little deeper than he might come off as? He was an idiot for so long he learned a hell of a lot from it. Now he's patient, cheerful, almost emotionally healthy (wtf?), and quite capable of kicking ass.

Magic & Familiar: Kinesis | Typhon, the incredibly cute hydra

Desired CR: I see a lot of requests for a positive, cheerful person to bounce off some cynical grump -- well, Morgan's your guy! He's also very interested in meeting other skilled fighters and martial artists, and is offering to teach those who might want to learn. Honestly, he's good with all sorts, so bring it!

Known Plans: Morgan relies primarily on quests for money, so they're always a good deal. Long-term he will open a martial-arts dojo (once I pay for his permit!). Also, he's going to start looking into if it would be feasible and ethical to somehow gimmick a curse onto Selkie pelts that makes them totally undesirable to steal.

Character Name: Tomura Shigaraki
Canon: My Hero Academia
Info: Shigaraki is the big bad of his series right now. He is unredeemable in the manner that he's killed a great many number people without a moment's remorse and I don't make excuses for that. However, he's not bloodthirsty for the sake of it and won't be acting like he is, either. Give him a good reason and he'll still enact it, even here, but wishing he had his quirk to turn people into ash when they annoy him? You bet he wishes he had it. Kill for the sake of the lols because edgy? Maybe not so much. He is a supervillain and isn't afraid of ...getting his hands dirty. Alright bad joke. Anyway. Right now in his series there's some spoilery things happening that will make him adverse to mind control or anyone trying to tell him what to do or characters that think they can manipulate him when it isn't something he actually 5D chess wants to do. Basically a manchild-messyroom-basementdwelling-gamer on a power trip is the worst of it. He's capable of giving a damn and being neutral chaotic.
Magic & Familiar: Dark / Unnamed Onryo who he's not fond of.
Desired CR: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Anything. I'm open to whatever CR happens. In a different game he even became really good friends with some of the people he was trying to kill back home thanks to events and CR building. It doesn't steer him away from his goals when he sets his sights on something, but y'know. The Dark Web quests are definitely things people can catch him doing, as many as he can humanly manage.
Known Plans:None really! I'm just enjoying whatever comes my way or whatever I see on the network I think may be fun or logs or stuff! I'm a little slow again right now, however.
Other: Shigaraki's past comes with a lot of equally spoilery things. We were given a glimpse of his childhood to keep too much out of it and that may come up in introspect, or conversation if it's steered that way. Mind you, thoughts of his family don't make him feel too great and he might try to avoid it as well. More better to let me know your triggers or send me your permission post! I'll read it (I'd love permission posts sent to me lol let me fill your posts out and read your posts).

Character Name: Gareth
Canon: Fate/Grand Order

Info: a spunky knight, loyal and kind. she's the seventh seat of her world's Round Table, sibling to Gawain/Agravain/Mordred and niece to Artoria, though she tries not to bring up the fact they're related since that's her king and all.
Magic & Familiar: Elemental magic, particularly lightning magic. Her familiar is a dire wolf spirit named Stoirm, who watches over her as if Gareth was one of her own cubs. She remains in her spirit form most of the time, but appears in her physical form when needed.

Desired CR: Gareth obviously wants to make friends, and she's made plenty, but she's also down to meet fellow knights and do knightly things.
Types of friends:
- sparring partners!
- people to give her baking to, or spend time in the kitchen with
- nobles ladies for her to be chivalrous at. (note; they don't have to be noble, she's pretty respectful of all women)
- friends to go question with!
Known Plans: And speaking of; I definitely want to send her on the knight quest, as well as help with the farming! I don't have a whole lot of solid takes on these, save for a few, but I'm willing to have her help others, too!

Info: 15 year old heir to a Mafia family, but he's a good kid, really. He doesn't invite chaos, it just follows him home.

Magic & Familiar: Elemental Magic and a Griffin

Desired CR: All types!
Tsuna is always open to friends and people to do quests with. If you don't mind the fact that he's a trouble magnet.
Mentor types and people who can teach him magic are wonderful! He works best with a tutor or someone to motivate him. He's been trying to train himself but he can only get so far.

Known Plans: February kinda flew by, but Tsuna's definitely going to get in trouble with quests this month. Maybe get stuck somewhere he shouldn't be? He's definitely wanting to do more with water in his elemental magic and maybe start with wind? I've been taking my time with it.
He'll definitely be helping out with the farm task!

Info: a princess who's been a political tool her entire life, manipulated and used by powerful men who cared little if she lived or died outside of her value as said tool. she's kind of depressed over it.

Desired CR: obviously she needs friends of any sort.
- fellow royals would be a good start since They Know
- cheerful types who won't allow her to just sit in her own gloom, but also have the patience to deal with her when she's Just Not Feeling It Today, Sorry
- she doesn't need a whole lot of protective types when she's got Agrias around, but they tend to gravitate to her, regardless.
- people who can teach her life skills since she has None.
Known Plans: for quests, i definitely want her to take up rabbit tracking and farming, but she needs folks to help with that since, again, she's kind of useless on her own at the moment.

Character Name: Jane Porter

Magic & Familiar: Healing / Fischer's Lovebird

Desired CR: Jane is brand shiny new so I'm really looking for any kind of CR with her. She's very outgoing and gregarious, so even if you think CR between them could never work... let's try it! Something I really want to do eventually is ship her. Fight me. I want her to have something nice :V I'd also like her to have some kind of mentor for her healing powers, and for her to learn to use a weapon (she can use a couple of firearms, but that doesn't really count here).

Known Plans: Nothing too solid just yet - Jane is settling into the world after spending the last year and a half in 21st century America. It's a culture shock all over again. She isn't much the 'questing' type but will probably end up on a few of them anyway. She is going to be looking for anyone she might know from MoM (not sure if anyone else here canon AU'd from there).

Canon: Ouran High School Host Club
Info: Tamaki is a questionable ex-rich kid. He was previously the head host within the host club he created...at his high school. If Tamaki was real, he'd be the person people would quote tweet EAT THE RICH at. Sheltered, only now vaguely familiar with a lot of normal things normal people do because he's so rich he has become ABnormal. Dramatic, expressive, unnecessary. Prone to give you the ol' razzle dazzle. He's also absolutely the idea man and the execution man, but...that doesn't work well a lot of the time. Results will be even more wild now that he has no gold and only Arizona tea cans to survive on.
Magic & Familiar: Alchemy & Mothman
Desired CR: Tamaki is the kind of person who can bounce off of anyone, from those who think he's stupid, insane, an asshole, etc, or those who are willing to follow into whatever scheme he has currently cooked up. I will say it's fun to have negative CR, especially in an environment where people are more likely to question how offensive he can be to those 'beneath him.' At the same time, he is still missing some of his posse, so if you're willing to dive into the deep end with crazy schemes, this is your ticket to those shenanigans.
Known Plans: He's currently trying to create his own line of teas, and attempting to open a taiyaki stand?? He knows nothing about either of these subjects on a practical level...but that has never stopped him before.
Quests I'm Interested In: Sir Fuzzlerton the Cad (going to cafes? bunnies? sign him up) Farmers-R-Us (he's willing to help out, but please be prepared for him to fuck it up, piss off faeries, etc.)

Character Name: Din Djarin/The Mandalorian
Canon: Star Wars: The Mandalorian
Info: Lone Gunslinger Bounty Hunter becomes Space Dad.
I mean, that's basically it. He rescued a bounty that he had previously turned in, and then most of his energy went into keeping the kid safe. And that's still a priority for him, even though he's here.

He's a Mandalorian and is bound by a very strict creed which prevents him from removing his helmet. He will almost always been in his armour if you see him, and extremely well armed. He's a little guarded, but warms up quickly enough. Also he was raised by a hidden covert and is very bad about giving his name or anything like that.

He will mostly be doing jobs because that's familiar ground for him and he's not all that comfortable with magic. Right now his mindset is very much Do jobs to help get home > get home > rescue kid > go back to what he was doing

Magic & Familiar: Kinetic magic and a Mudhorn

Desired CR: All types!
Friends are great! People who can get Din to relax or at least not work all the time. People who can get him a little more used to magic.

People who will do jobs with him! Quests are always fun and Din will do Dark Web Quests!

He does have a protective streak and does help people out quite a bit (sometimes under duress). If you're younger than him, he will probably do this. He's not really here to adopt but he will parent.

Known Plans: Mostly just doing jobs and working his way through the day. Actually get him to realize he's got magic and what he can do with that. Grogu's the one who can move objects with his mind, not him.

Character Name: Robyn Goodfellowe
Canon: Wolfwalkers
Info: A young English girl living in 17th-century Ireland who wants to be a hunter like her father, but ends up getting accidentally bitten by a feral wolf girl and becomes a Wolfwalker (werewolf-like beings inspired by legends of the Werewolves of Ossory). She's friendly, outspoken, a crack shot with a crossbow and has always wanted to go on adventures like she's heard about in stories, but she's found herself a little in over her head after encountering real supernatural things and is still getting used to her new shapeshifting abilities (especially since she has to relearn how to do it from scratch here). She's often accompanied by Merlyn, her hunting falcon from home.
Magic & Familiar: Animal magic/Spirit wolf familiar
Desired CR: She's still pretty new here, so I'm still open to just about any kind of CR, whether positive or negative. People a little closer to her age would be great (she's 12), but she's willing to make friends with most people and I'm honestly not that picky anyway.
Known Plans: She'll definitely be doing the bunny quest and helping out with farming this month! I'll be putting up a March catch-all log for her in the next few days.

Ahem, it wouldn't be a good thing if the Selkies didn't want it and/or it did them some level of harm, right?

First off, how dare you I love Claire and if I see something open I will come tag it because I'm weak. Eventually I'll come harass all the teenagers just trying to live and enjoy the fact they're doing things they love. For now I leave you this comic strip as a sign of my true benevolence.

Info: Here's an incomplete info post. But here's what you need to know:

Bennett's a cheerful. positive and vibrant youth with a zeal for life and a thirst for adventure. He lives for exploration and seeing the world and chasing the unknown in pursuit of treasure and glory. But there's a catch: Bennett's got a bit of an unlucky streak. Misfortune follows him wherever he goes, often in implauible ways. He never finds treasure for himself, and he often gets hurt, sometimes in implausible ways. His unlucky reputation is well-known, and it's not unusual for others to blame their misfortune on him just because he was around. Being the one who bears all the world's curses is a burden that weighs heavily on him at times...

But even when it gets him down, he refuses to give into it. He'll continue to live his adventuring life the way he wants it to be, curse or no, until his very last.
Magic & Familiar: Healing magic and a Seelie
Desired CR: Friendship, mostly! Bennett's a guy with big dreams for adventures, so he wants trusted friends and companions that he can count on and that will count on him. People that will help him grow and spur him onward, and that he can support.
Known Plans: I don't have any big plans for him atm, mostly getting a better handle on his healing magic, and when the opportunity presents itself down the line i'd like him to pick up fire magic too. I also plan on him accidentally stumbling into knighthood eligibility through the quests he takes on. It'll be an interesting time for him.

More immediate plans this month include an open log for him. I wanted to have him tackle some quests, and throw a couple other prompts on there too. ~~once i get off my lazy ass and put it together~~
