Name: Sasara Nurude 🎋

Name: "that cat", various names of cats from media...
Species: Bakeneko ✨🐈✨
Why did you pick this familiar for your character?: Sasara can't have his huge kitty speaker so he gets a normal, shapeshifting cat, instead 😭
Special features: It can speak in human language and also at a limited capacity shapeshift, though it hasn't shown much of that.
How do they communicate?: Can probably speak with charas with animal magic and, really, as mentioned...can actually talk regular human speech.
Personality: Appears to be lazy, idle... but is quite observant, with one eye secretly open.
Relationship with your character: Sasara thinks he and his familiar don't have a whole lot in common, though their similarities do come together in their secretly perceptive nature. Sort of like a stray cat that swings by when it cares to, Sasara treats his familiar as allowing it plenty of freedom.

Magic Types: Kinetic and Blood
Why did you pick these types for your character?:
Kinetic—because...I wanted to try it. However, after all it doesn't really tickle me to write, so I'm thinking of changing it.
Blood—because Sasara swears he abhors violence and, by some relation, blood so it seemed funny lol.
How does your character cast their magic? Flashy, for sure. Though, that doesn't so much go for the Blood-type since he hasn't made a whole lot of use of it.
How does your character feel about their magic?: Kinetic: 😃; Blood: 😫😒

What magic and familiar would your character choose for themselves?: For his familiar, since he doesn't yet appreciate his cat's qualities, definitely something more active and...bigger. Like, this is just a housecat!!!
For magic he'd really like to trade for Death. He loves scary stories, so ghosts ✨😱✨His partner just doesn't appreciate....
Anything else?: Admittedly, I haven't done a whole lot with either magic type so I'd like to, whether changing it or not!

Name: Grinzeld
Species: Direbear
Why did you pick this familiar for your character?: A reference to one of the many animals Gundham trained over the years (even bringing a bear to class with him), and reference to series mascot Monokuma with the glowing red left eye.
Special features: Glowing left eye, some scars around the left side of his face
How do they communicate?: Gundham can read Grinzeld's body language well enough for there to be no need for vocalization. That said, Grinzeld can talk, but has yet to actually make that known to anyone.
Personality: Mischievous. Grinzeld is very passive until he sees an opportunity to mess with Gundham in some way.
Relationship with your character: Grinzeld and Gundham are indeed close, with the mischief that the direbear brings seen as a welcome change of pace, no matter how much he may protest.
Visuals: None... for now.

Magic
Magic Types: Dark Magic/Green Magic
Why did you pick these types for your character?: Gundham's whole personality is evocative of the occult and curses and the like just seemed a natural extension of his personality. Likewise, the green magic reflects his personality beyond his facade, as he prefers to cultivate life rather than destroy, and as picking animal magic would've been too easy, green magic was the best fit.
How does your character cast their magic? Gundham's curses manifest as purple runes cast on objects or surfaces that activate their effects when touched like traps, though he can channel more direct bursts of dark energies if necessary. His green magic is likewise very subtle, preferring to simple accelerate plant growth and experiment with various plant properties over time.
How does your character feel about their magic?: At first, Gundham was very apprehensive of the power, not seeing how his curses could benefit anyone but as time has gone on he's come to accept it as a more natural extension of himself. He still thinks it's surreal that after all the years of claiming to have occult powers... he actually does now.
