THEY ARE CUTE!!!!

Rinea thinks Maruki is a very nice man, so far. He denied that he was a scholar, but Rinea secretly thinks that if he was from her country, he would look right at home with the mages, lol. He clearly puts very deep thought into things and she can respect that. (Adalhard meanwhile tolerates his presence but still remembers that look he first got LMFAO)

She saw his therapy post, but the thought of personally going in there and unloading on him freaks her the fuck out LMFAO!!!! She probably won't ever end up in there, but is quite happy to listen to his philosophizing about it.

Chris and Rinea home life opinions go

Rinea has never held onto nobility very tightly, so the simpler life she's leading in Avalon is treating her quite well (even if there's a lot to learn)! I think Chris's presence with her definitely makes that kind of experience possible in the first place: Rinea could survive on her own, but she would be a bit wilty. Chris's companionship makes the house-- and maybe even Avalon in general-- feel like a home, and not just a space Rinea is existing in.

However, Rinea definitely feels like she owes Chris more than she gives back, and probably worries about it a lot! As a roommate Rinea has gotten to see Chris as more than just her public put-together self, but she is still very competent, and has supported Rinea in very significant ways. I think the incoming fuss over Hawk will make Rinea feel like she's more able to support Chris, though. Weheheheh

Rinea has the distinct impression that Hawk is polite enough, but a bit stiff about it! She hasn't seen enough of him to figure out why, but she assumes he's just usually a more casual kind of guy. (The swearing with "hell of a woman" cemented that idea HAHAHA) But she doesn't mind him either way! If Chris is happy enough to go questing with him, then he must be fine, right?

She absolutely will invite him in for tea at some point, so Hawk is going to have to figure out either a smooth exit or the patience to survive sitting through it. LMFAO

Kadoc!!! Rinea thinks of him quite highly; he's obviously a nice young man, even if he's not so sure about that fact himself. His self-effacing comments have earned her pity, honestly.

Perhaps what she thinks about most is how he felt when they met after the masquerade. Sure, the masks threw them off a bit... but to her he honestly doesn't seem all that different with it off. She doesn't feel close enough to him to offer any kind of advice or daring to point this out yet, but maybe in the future if they have a quiet talk together....
