Oh no someone who actually knows what fashion is and can/will call her out on the fact that she has precisely 0 clue what she's doing. This is not good!

...On the other hand she really needs her help.

Besides, there's something strangely comforting about having someone tell her just what a disappointment she is. It's just like home! She doesn't want to disappoint her, but things were awkward after their last meeting, and she isn't sure how to approach her.

Muku should probably be more concerned with the fact that he's 13 and having such deep, serious discussions with her about the nature of hope and despair- but hey, she was basically in the military at 14 so sees no issue with this. At all.

In fact, she genuinely enjoys their debates and has found them insightful so far- it's given her a lot to think about! (And she totally won't tell anyone she saw Ken nerding out on stuff if he doesn't tell anyone she's a weapons nerd, deal?)

She really wants to know more about him and his world and just hang out a bit more. She'll be impressed when she finds out he can fight! But yeah, overall she sees him as a good friend.

Mukuro's got precisely 0 idea what a good sibling relationship should be like. At all. Zero. Hence why she's so confused at how he genuinely wants to keep her safe and look out for her, and doesn't think she's a terrible disappointment? All very baffling for someone like her.

But she cares a lot about him and feels a sense of safety when she's with him. She can actually let her guard down a little and knows that he'll have her back when she does. In some ways it reminds her of being back with her old mercenary group, where she actually felt most herself.

Of course, she wants to try and back him up and protect him, as well. Especially as he doesn't seem the type to like getting his hands dirty, even if it means keeping himself safe. Her main problem at the moment is that she can tell there's despair left in him after the rampage, and she doesn't know how to fix it. After all, all she's good for is killing and helping spread despair, right?

...She'll just stay by his side to weather the storm with him. It's the least she can do.

I mean he's totally a weird old man, duh-

Mukuro still thinks he believes her about the whole fashion act, somehow, but his last comment to her about soldiers did catch her off-guard. It seemed too directed to be a coincidence.

But...at the same time, she's seen just how much he hates warfare and combat- something she's always felt attached to. Something that's such a keen part of her. So clearly that means she shouldn't tell him? Right? But he doesn't think soldiers are responsible? And- there's a lot of mixed feelings she doesn't know what to do with.

She does see him as a close friend though (hence why she contacted him after the trials to make sure he was okay) and knows he's someone she can rely on in a fight or a quest. He's really skilled with magic, which impresses her as someone with very little magic knowledge. He's a bit old fashioned, but sensible and reliable. And even if they are very different people, she genuinely enjoys chatting to him.

Also, she was so tempted to bring long bread to Claude's party just to wind Emet-Selch up :) She's such a good friend like that!
