steps:

2. comment to others' toplevels with the character relationship(s) you'd like them to tl;dr about
3. reply to their response with your own characters' thoughts on the cr!
4. gush/commiserate/poke fun at/meme on all our dumb characters and their dumb interactions idk

Chris respects Kratos a great deal, but for obvious reasons it's become a bit...strained. He obviously knows his way around being a knight, and a commander and she does see him as a potential mentor. As good as she's proven at being captain of the Zexen Knights and Flame Champion, it does pay to remember she's still only 21 and balancing a lot of responsibilities back home. Privately, I think Chris is worried that something's going to have to give eventually, and she doesn't know how to deal with/expect that. Kratos seems like a man who's already seen it all and might have some useful advice for her.

THAT BEING SAID

the trial has changed her perception of him. She knows he has a kid and a wife (ANNA. WHY IS THE DEAD MOM ALWAYS ANNA.) that he hadn't seen/hasn't seen in a very long time and there's...probably? a reason for that? Except there's always a reason, isn't there. And even if that reason has BS supernatural shit going on for that like for reasons of immortality daddy had to leave that's still a cold comfort because he still left and yes she's aware she's projecting but god damn it they both married women named ANNA

so congrats on getting mixed in with all Chris' existing issues Kratos. She does know it's not entirely fair of her to do that and she's gonna do her best to try and untangle him and...yeah, he probably had his reasons. Chris is trying to be cognizant of the fact that there may come a day despite her best intentions that she'll have a good reason too and she doesn't even know about his immortality yet.
