OH BOY. So if it hasn't been made clear already, Bakugou is a very abrasive individual. He is very rude and can be disrespectful. Katsuki is loud and kind of prideful with a hint ( haha ) of obnoxiousness. MOST of this is actually a cover for his own insecurities. In more recent chapters, he's come to realize what a jerk he's been in the past and has shown a lot of growth. A part of him does feel like crap about it and wants to make up for it - he doesn't want to be that "loser" anymore. However, the anger is a defense mechanism and his primary go-to for any and all emotions. However, he is bright and clever. He's one of the brightest kids in his class and a complete nerd and dingus. Bakugou is just better at hiding it and can be pretty dang awkward. He's a bit of a neat freak and perfectionist - no one is harder on Bakugou than himself really and that's kind of part of his problem. He wants to be #1!

Desired CR:
I am the worst person in the world to ask this because I like all sorts of CR. Bakugou even at his nicest is a bit antagonistic so I realize that. Things might start off with a negative flow, but don't be put off by that. So I don't care if it's positive CR that's working towards begrudging friendship ( that's a thing with him ), sparring partners, respectful interactions ( not that anyone will know it's Katsuki being respectful ), mentorship, or continued negative CR. It's all good. I will follow your flow /o/

Known Plans:
I have an OPEN LOG for Bakugou this month. It's been a while since I've done one. There's kind of a lot going on in his brain at the moment so he'll be working some stuff out.

If you want to do anything, just poke me. I'll be hitting things up whenever they're tossed in my direction. I'm always up for new people to tag and new situations to throw my boy here into.

His attitude would rub Mitsuru the wrong way almost instantly, but I'd love for these two to meet and eventually hit that point of gruding respect.

Hell yes. Because like, the rudeness and aggro tendencies will irritate the hell out of her ... but she respects the hell out of the tactical accumen, and eventually it'll be obvious that he actually does have the hero spirit underneath everything.

up until that point, though, any team-up between them is going to go hilariously poorly until they don't have time to argue

I'm not too familiar with her canon. But that's never held me back from pursuing CR. And I definitely have no issues working towards something positive ( but negative's okay too! there's room for that ) even if it's going to take a bit.

Got any ideas on how to start it off then?

I can give you the rundown, but it's hard to get too in-depth without getting into some spoilers. Shortest possible version is a bunch of teenagers with Issues use special powers to take down a mysterious threat that the majority of the world is completely oblivious to. Fair warning if you want more info or look into it yourself, though, P3 gets really dark as it goes on.

As to how to start things off ... I've got a few open things right now. I've got my open post from last month and a log from the summer solstice event.

I'm working on getting an open log for this month up right now, though that might be up tomorrow or saturday, and that could have some openings for them to run into each other. If not, I'm gonna have her do a network post soon pitching the idea of a guild/team-type thing. Basically a group where people can practice magic together, hone combat skills, and then go on quests together.

Xiao | Genshin Impact

Tragic "boy." Absolutely tragic. Actually Xiao isn't a boy at all. He's a 2000+ year old Guardian Yaksha. His primary duty is to maintain order in Liyue through the continued destruction of mutations, monsters, and "sleeping gods." There is a backstory to all of this, of course, that includes slavery and liberation. Xiao comes across as standoffish and blunt; he legitimately believes that he does not deserve to follow his own dreams and desires because of how many lives he had to take under another's control. However he is actually a pretty gentle soul. It's just that he tends to bury it.

Magics & Familiar: Healing & Blood | Geo Crystalfly

Desired CR:
Positive influences, mostly. While I do not mind negative CR at all and will happily pursue it as well, I would like people that would draw him out of his shell more. Allow for his inner self to bloom! Maybe someone to help him learn that it's okay to use his healing magic and just train it up.

Known Plans:
Tag outs! Back tags! There's not a lot going on with Xiao at the moment. He's finally used his healing magic a couple of times. Might start looking to use it more? Quests are always good options to encounter him so I know I'll be delighted to look around for things to do.
