legitimately though, i adore the thread they have going. may or may not have started looking at outfit possibilities for whatever they pick out.

And me too!! I am sadly canonblind to that specific Persona game (I only fully played 4 and watched like...a quarter of an LP for 5) but it's really cute and fun ;;;

He really is. Honestly all of class 1-A with, y'know, the one exception ... are fucking great.

It iiiis. And I'd be happy to share w/e is needed for threads and stuff, just know that P3 is a lot more consistently dark than 4 or 5. Same basic stuff involving a bunch of teenagers facing some big, mysterious bad thing through the power of personas, but everyone's a whole lot more messed up by their respective emotional baggage. It's a fantastic game ... but oooooh boy does it get rough in some places.

In any case, I'd really love to do more with these two, whether it's quests, or just them hanging out. I can really easily see Mitsuru slipping into that senpai role for Ochako, and Ochako might help to get Mitsuru to step out of her comfort zone and try new things a bit more

They really, really are. ;;; I love the whole class soooo much indeed barring...the one....

And yeah, I've heard P3 can get pretty woof in terms of how heavy it is (a good friend I've known for nearly 20 years now has played through each persona series), and she told me that if I ever watch an LP of it to just bear that in mind. I might at some point, since I can usually handle some stuff, but as always, a cw/tw warning for anything in the tag header will definitely help in bracing for something heavy if it comes up in their threads.

But yes!! I don't plan to toplevel or make a catchall this month, but I'd love to do some quests or just easy threads and shenanigans between these two. Ochako needs more lady friends in her life.

Yeah ... it gets heavy and unsettling fairly often throughout the game, but the back third of it is just gut punch after gut punch, and I'd definitely give a bit of warning to anyone that I'd recommend it to. that, and a recommendation to play the female protag route, because it's just better. And yeah, I'll absolutely put a cw or tw on any thread that delives into the death/loss stuff that comes up a lot over the course of the game.

And yeah, Mitsuru just needs more friends in general. This is the first time in her life that she doesn't have like three GIANT responsibilities pushing down on her, so her getting to just hang out with people and do some normal teenager stuff would be so much fun.

She'd also just be fascinated with UA and heroes as a whole, honestly.

Ngl, I am interested, because I do like angsty games (and I do really like the persona series, just don't own many of the platform they're usually on, sob). But I might watch an LP at some point and I definitely appreciate the cw/tw. Ochako herself is a literal emeto cw sometimes, even if I don't in depth with it and stuff, so yeah. I'll usually warn for it just in case.

Yeeesss, I love gal just being pals a whole lot (domestic shit is always my jam, I actually find it a ton of fun), and Ochako is always more than happy to talk about her school and Hero work and stuff. She might get a bit wistful, because she's super homesick, but ye. She will happily gush about that stuff since it's something she loves.

you'll love p3, then. a lot of angst, but a lot of the fun stuff you'd expect, even if it's also rougher around the edges than p4 or p5 are. I recommend going for the female protag route in Persona 3 Portable - that's the way that I played, and after hearing some of the differences between that and the other versions, I'm convinced it's the best version. There are a few LPs out there, but emulators are also an option if you actually want to play it yourself. I'd be happy to point you in the direction of the one that I used.

I'm so, so ready for this. I'd love for Mtisuru to get to do some domestic stuff, and Mitsuru absolutely relates on the homesick front.
