Emerald doesn't know this person and isn't really aware they might recognize her from Remnant wanted bulletins, but if she's hearing thoughts, as bizarre as it is (is this how it feels when she makes someone hallucinate voices that aren't there? No, it's not like she's hearing it...) then she's obviously trying to plan with her. Emerald's so far only managed to make prismatic snow with her light magic, so at least this will get her a leg up on their opponents.

The green-haired girl is used to being the one who goes around unseen, but without her semblance and no real mastery of her light magic, her attempt to conceal herself with refracted light just gets sucked into the snow and her attempt to conceal herself just sputters out and makes little rainbow crystals on the ground. So she rolls her eyes and abandons that idea, just running. At least they didn't take her ability to run. She keeps her eyes on Robyn as she heads behind a snowman someone built to hide until their opponents' backs are turned.
