I LOVE THEIR CR SO MUCH I was legitimately not expecting Edgeworth to abruptly get concerned about Hope's well-being but HERE WE ARE i guess

It's safe to assume that Edgeworth has been drafting him for odd jobs and things in the interim, both to make sure he's got some semblance of an income and also to just kind of keep an eye on him o/

Hope apparently has that effect on people??? I love it, haha

Yeah, he's fine being a glorified errand boy and such! Honestly, Hope is a smart kid and does eventually grow up to be a leader of a nation so I think he also might get interested in learning a thing or two! He was more an archeologist in 13-2 before becoming Director but that curiosity and eagerness to learn is there.

I could definitely see that sort of thing evolving over time, where as Edgeworth gets more familiar with him being around he starts giving him less errandy things to do and more actual responsibility, so that's certainly a path we can go down!
