It's always worth a try! Tsuna does get a long with difficult people somehow. Or at least, Hibari sticks around.

But he will do his best when he's not in constant flight mode.

Emet at least doesn't randomly threaten to bite or punch people so he's got that much going for him. Honestly he's probably more like Mukuro, being vaguely menacing without actually doing anything.

I mean, anything that doesn't result in physical violence being enacted upon him is usually a boon. He can do vaguely menacing.
