QUESTION FOR A QUESTION MEME

We all like hearing about each other's characters! We all like talking about our own characters! With this groundbreaking new meme, now you can finally do both, for the very first time in DWRP history!

The Guidelines:

• Post a toplevel listing the characters you play! If you have any boundaries you want to set re: questions you might receive (e.g. "No NSFW questions for this character"), do that here too.
  
• Tag other people asking them questions about their characters. What kinds of questions? Up to you! Canon questions, headcanon questions, meta questions, some random thing you've wondered since that thread you had two months ago, it's all fair game.
  
• Need ideas? I was passed this excellent gallery of various questions memes, so feel free to crib from these or just use them as inspiration.
  
• Answer the questions you receive, and, once you've done that, hit the person back with a question of your own about their character(s) too!
  
• You can end it there, or continue to go back and forth asking questions until you're out.

What are some issues you struggle with writing Bakugou? Do you feel he's developed any here in avalon?

HOW FREE DOES XIAO FEEL NO LONGER HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT KARMA???? IS HE OKAY??? Does it bother him that he can no longer fulfill his job here in avalon? What are his thoughts on all of this?

Hrm... With Bakugou? For a long time I wondered if I was making him too soft and personable? I know in rp you have to flex and bend a little, but I thought that maybe I was doing that a little too much and not making him aggressive/rude enough.

Ironically, he's developed here kind of the same way that he has in actual recent chapters. Some of the threads I've had with him almost mirror some of the things that have happened in the most recent releases. So I usually just have to remind myself that he is a character that is growing into a more personable guy and run with it. IDK IF THAT ANSWERS THE QUESTION BUT!



As for XIAO? Omg. He struggles a lot actually? He goes back and forth between being okay with things like this and then not being okay. Since he's a character that relies on his duty ( because that gives him a focus on atonement but he'll not say that to anyone other than the Archons ) not having it is super confusing for him. The concept of being able to actually indulge in the few wishes/desires he has is something that he's still working on. But I love to give him that development - allowing him to eventually forgive himself for a past he had no control over and actually MAKING choices of his own free will.

IT DOES! The writer contends to writing characters changing, and being - not redeemable in a sense. I hate the meaning of that word and what context it can bring, but rather t hat it shows u characters are multifacet. Can develop and be beyond their original expectations, so its really cool to see that ultimately yo uwere following the heart of bakugao in og bna!!! have not read the manga in forever. but i have a habit of waiting for 100 chapters and then binging. which honestly i should do.

This is so swet im HAPPY THEN< xxiao deserves some fform of peace. its cool that he can get that oppertunity here, and find some individualism in the process
