Just as a note, which I think I also left last time which is super depressing lol, I've been having ongoing health problems for like a month now and am not quite recovered yet, so I apologize for how slow and absent I've been this past month. I am doing better and hoping to get more going again soon!!

Character Name: Kadoc Zemlupus
Canon: Fate/Grand Order
Info: I have an info post and also am copypasting again from last time!! Kadoc is/was a Master involved in all that wacky Fate/ junk, though he is from a different timeline from the Stay Night cast and the situation he's involved in is far from a typical Holy Grail War. He's a mage who has had a difficult and shitty life and has done some terrible things during it, but the situation since then has changed, and now he's just kind of awkwardly living with the fact that all that happened and figuring out what to do next with himself. Despite everything he is in some ways an ordinary dude with a lot of feelings and self-loathing, who likes music and books and myths and the wilderness and punk aesthetic and making jokes at his own expense.

Desired CR: I love CR of all flavors (so, yes, lol, "everything") and also love unpredictable developments; I am always down for just seeing where things go, with anyone who's interested in playing with me. We could end up surprised and there's nothing I'm really against, whether it's positive, negative, familial, friendly, romantic, fucking bizarre, whatever. Kadoc can tolerate basically any character type, even extreme ones, almost to his detriment, because he's a passive person who's also been through a lot of wild shit with a lot of wild people back home and there's a lot he just allows to happen no matter what his personal feelings on it are. That said, he's not above calling people out either or giving them some shit if the situation is right. He does well with characters who will drive him into things because he is so passive, but this isn't a requirement either; he does have some initiative in there!

Known Plans: Oh boy this month has a lot I want to get in on, so let's poke around!

Quests: I believe Kadoc and Ritsuka and Gareth possibly are going to be doing Hot Knights together? I need to work that out with the players when everyone is back from hiatus! But well that's hilarious. Others I'm interested in are Shear Determination, Jailbreak and Unicornhole—so most of them this month really. I may or may not do an open log, I'm considering it depending on how my health is after this weekend, but if anyone wants to make any more specific plans on them first hmu!

EDIT I forgot Ritsuka and Kadoc might also be doing unicorns together (har har) but I am also open to more than one thread for that quest since it lends itself to that! Or other threeway threads?! idk idk!

TDM Prompts: I'm super interested in Kadoc getting one of the magical tattoos, since he'd absolutely be fine with doing a thing like that, lol. Boy has been through that kind of magical branding shit before and is also a masochist, so bring it on. Let him be your Master for a day! By which I mean make him feel super awkward because he wouldn't actually be interested in forcing anyone into anything, despite his Master background. But it'd be fun to play with.

Other: He owes Monika a drink! Uhhhh I'm trying to remember what else may not have happened last month that was supposed to because of me falling on my face . . . let me know if you've got anything for me. He's still working on Crow's band management stuff too.

Info: Griffin is a Tiefling Fighter in an Acquisitions Incorporated D&D campaign. He's the party's secretary, tank, and resident himbo - he does sports and fights real well, but not much else.

Intelligence is his dump stat and his subclass is Eldritch Knight. He has a very small list of spells he can cast effectively, when he remembers he has them, but his first move in an unavoidable conflict is always physical.

He's a very easygoing lad whose life philosophy is generally, "Live and let live." He tends to assume everyone is good by default, so even uncomfortable questions like, "Hey does anybody know where I can find bodies to practice necromancy on" don't really ring any alarm bells in his big empty head. But he will stand up when he sees people being hurt, because that's Not Cool.

Magics & Familiar: Dark & Elemental // a raven
Desired CR: Friendship!
Known Plans: Being naturally bad at magic in his own home, he just assumes he's bad at it here, despite having been told multiple times by multiple people that magic is different here and that even people who didn't have magic where they came from have it in Avalon. He still doesn't know what types of magic he has. I'm not in a particular hurry to reveal that to him, but if an opportunity comes up for him to figure it out, I'll take it.

Additionally, he has not seen his familiar since its very brief appearance after he removed himself from the lake on arrival. He's not even aware it IS his familiar. People might assume the giant tarantula he's always wearing like a big fuzzy backpack is his familiar, and he doesn't really draw a distinction between pets and familiars (said giant tarantula is definitely the former), so he'll likely unknowingly encourage that assumption.

He is not the type of person to actively pursue a title (knighthood seems like way too much responsibility), so I think it would be hilarious if he achieved it accidentally. So that's a long-term goal I'm setting for him OOC.

Desired CR: Friends! Study Buddies! Quest Pals! Mentors! Basically people who he can rely on and talk to and maybe have the voice in the back of his head think they might work in a mafia family but he's never gonna say it
Known Plans: Not a huge amount of plans. He's still in school and so fun times with classes and stuff is always good. Study groups, normal student things...maybe something like a Culture Festival or Sports Day might be fun...
Open to pretty much all the quests, the Cult Classics one or shearing sheep...

Info: Lone bounty hunter turned space dad. Very tired. Definitely trying not to think about things he misses, namely his kid.
Magics & Familiar: Kinetic, Bargaining, and a dog-sized Mudhorn
Desired CR: Friends, quest buddies. Din is always good for quests, dark web or not. Definitely needs more friends of all ages. Can mentor/parent kids, can also hang out with adults.
Known Plans: Again, Din is good for all quests and can definitely be dragged into shenanigans and tangents. He is very begrudgingly helpful. He's very resistant to using his magic as well, so anything that helps with that is always a good thing. He definitely needs to start opening up more

They have a bit of a cynical view on the world due to being hurt in the past, but also does their best to have faith in others due to having been saved by someone that he himself has hurt.

Desired CR: Asriel's had a lot of really positive CR, but I'm also welcome to something more negative. Family and friend CR is also very much welcome for me.

Info: Main villain of the Shadowbringers expansion, Emet-Selch is formerly an Ascian - one of a group of shadowy (or, I suppose, shadow-less) figures who manipulate the events of the world behind the scenes.

Magics & Familiar: Alchemy / Death, Shadow Gwiber

Desired CR: I'm always looking for people who might befriend or provide moral conflict with Emet. He is the sort of person who believes firmly in doing the right thing, but may not pick the morally "correct" way of doing it.

Known Plans: After his murder hunt, Emet-Selch has been released from prison with the punishment of having to take care of the old man from the Pure of Heart event until they pass away. He won't be participating in quests that involve explicit fighting because he doesn't want to be imprisoned again (although I'm absolutely happy to have him caught up in it by accident), but he can help with the more mundane tasks like sheep shearing.

I plan to put up a log using the TDM prompts later, once I've settled a few more threads from his murder log. He'll likely be gathering stars in order to take some back to the old man, but he'll also offer to help capture undead.

Beyond that, if any existing CR wants him to participate in the tattoo shenanigans then please let me know! If he's the one giving orders it'll probably be boring tasks like fetching alchemy ingredients though...

After Hijikata became a total pain in the ass for Emet during his showdown fight I assume that he wouldn't exactly be forthcoming with explanations of what happened between him and the fae thugs if he visited him in prison, so I'm waffling over how to get the guys to reconnect...

Hijikata has been studying death magic a lot, so perhaps they could run into each other around where the old man lives (Hijikata would be there to investigate the border of the Forest of the Felled and be really surprised to see Emet there)?

Known Plans: Makoto commissioned Darin to make Naoto a new arm, so now he's complete! He's still wearing his full sleeve glove though. He's not going to make people too aware that he's missing an arm... though really, he will definitely try to pull the arm jokes. He's tackling several quests in his catch-all for the month, but if y'all up for planning anything specific out, I wouldn't mind that too!!

Info: Haruka is a fast runner, a talented pianist, and an accomplished race car and motorcycle driver. She doesn't care about gender or gender roles, not really identifying as one or the other. Though she does tend to play into the princely role quite often. Quick to fight, quick to flirt, Haruka also adores kids and is a proud papa. She also has a thing against popular pretty boys, feeling the need to rival/challenge them.
Magics & Familiar: Elemental magic with a preference for Wind. Familiar is a Sylph named Olette.
Desired CR: Open to all, more people mistaking her for a guy and freaking out later would be fun though.
Known Plans: Working towards becoming a knight, acquiring the fastest horse she can, wooing all the women until Michiru eventually shows up and tells her to stop.

Canon: The Elder Scrolls
Info: Finn is a Dunmer (dark elf), and the legendary Dragonborn, meaning he has a dragon's soul. He's also the leader of an assassins guild called the Dark Brotherhood, but he's pretty secretive about that. Finn's a pretty chill person, and he likes to think that he's witty. He also loves to talk about magic and share stories of all the adventures that he's been on in his world.
Magics & Familiar: Elemental and Death. Solstheim albino spider.
Desired CR: Fellow artsty people (he likes to draw and paint), people to talk shop with about magic, and really, I'm up for anything. Might be fun if someone found out about the Dark Brotherhood thing, especially if they're a fellow assassin or just someone of moral grayness.
Known Plans: At the moment, he's just doing some quests and building up rewards points. If anyone wants him along for quests, he'd be up for it.

Desired CR: I'm always up to have her adopt the 'younger sibling' type. Others that have foul mouths, those who like to fight/are somewhat violent/badasses, people who flirt with her (just because she has no idea how to react to others being nice to her, much less flirting.) And I am all about the shipping so if anyone wants romance come at me.
Known Plans: Might actually do something with someone with mind altering magic to help her get her memories of Nier back (she's post ending D/Ending E canon point) and then have her all pissed off because he chose for her.
Other: Kainé is a walking CW. Things like bullying, child abuse, death, violence, and of course language come up with her. She is also intersex and that might come up if she gets into any really serious discussions with her about her bullying.

I would totally like to throw Kotarou at her at some point! He likes messing with grumpy people for better (and worst) since he has trouble taking people seriously... until they tell him to get serious. And he likes to flirt and mess around with girls too sometimes, so that can give some hilarity.

Info: Mitsuru is the heiress to a gigantic corporation that got up to some seriously shady shit when her grandfather was running it. Her father made it his life's mission to set things right or die trying, and Mitsuru then made it hers when she learned that she had the power to do something about it. Growing up shaped by that mission and the fact that she would inherit the company has molded her into someone who's very intelligent, competent, well-spoken, ready to take charge, driven to a fault, and does not take shit ... but it's also left her with a lot of issues to work out as well.

She feels an intense sense of personal responsibility, something that often makes it hard for her to truly trust others because she doesn't want to make them shoulder her burdens as well. She's repressed as hell because she views the mission and the greater good of the Kirijo Group as way more important than anything she wants for herself, so hobbies, relationships, and things of that nature tend to go on the backburner. That's only compounded by the fact that she grew up super wealthy and just never really got to have a lot of "normal" experiences.

Just ... I could go on for ages, but tl;dr, she's super competent, needs to learn to relax, gives off ice queen vibes but cares a lot in her own way, and is adorably out of her depth with a lot of everyday life.

Desired CR: Anything, honestly. I just want her to keep making and experiencing new things ... and she needs some friends right now because she is going through it right now.

Known Plans: Mitsuru is dealing with a fucking lot right now so she's going to be mopey and sad for a little bit. That being said ... I keep talking about having Mitsuru form a guild for questing/training, but i swear to god, it's finally gonna happen this month.
