Monthly CR & Plotting Meme



It's that time again already! It's time for our current players to plot for the month ahead, get some new CR and chat together about things to come. Go ahead and copy/paste the form below. Or don't. We aren't your parents, we can only make really good suggestions. (Unless...? Nah.)

Character Name: Barbara
Canon: Final Fantasy Dimensions
Info: Info post at her journal -- tl;dr, Barbara is a dragoon from Final Fantasy. That means she is a single-minded, hubristic warrior with a tragic past and minimal social skills (although in her case she does have social skills by dragon standards). She is here to save her world from being ripped apart by an interstellar, multidimensional magical calamity. She is also trying to figure out more about how people normally behave and live! This is a Process.

Magics & Familiar: Elemental magic, blood magic (which she hasn't done much with yet), and a moogle familiar.

Desired CR: Barbara has made some good connections with other people and is getting bolder in figuring out how the other humans live and interact with each other, and I'd like to continue with that! Both in positive and "what in the world are you thinking" ways. I'm always up for a good action thread too, so if your character needs a partner to do a fighty quest or event thing, Barbara is a good choice for that.

Known Plans: September is starting as a busy month for me, but I would still like to make plans for the latter half of the month! If you're looking to do some action-oriented quests (fire sheep, punching belligerent cosplayers) Barbara is excellent for that. Although I'm not planning to do a general open log I'm still open to plotting things out (or hitting up other people's opens).

Set is also a single-minded warrior with a tragic past and minimal social skills and trying to keep his own world safe or else the delicate balance of good and bad can tip into pure chaos...while trying to be normal. And kind of failing. He's a god and listen, being human is the worst. How do people live like this?

I do have an open log and wanted to do the cult classic quest but couldn't quite figure out how to make it happen as an open prompt if you'd be interested!

Sorry for the late reply! But that sounds like it could be some great interaction... why are humans so weird.

I'd be happy to hit up his open log with a starter for cult classic! I'll try to get that done this week.
