look, she just

really loves fellow knights.

it's super obvious if you thread with her, like yeah, being a Knight means everything to her. it's something that she uses to define herself (and as Gawain has pointed out, sometimes towards self-destructive ends). if anything, Chris could be an excellent influence on her on how to balance out finding happiness in her own identity outside of her knighthood
