Gokudera is embarrassed to have feelings.

He doesn't care much for his own safety, so has a feeling he's going to be seeing her more often even after the collar is removed. She seems very professional.

Despite his usual reaction when he's embarrassed, he can't find it in himself to lash out and be as much of a dick as usual. He's got an irrational fear she'll look everything over, tell him that she doesn't want to help him, and then he's going to have to figure everything out on his own.

She doesn't seem like the nagging type, so he's grateful for her. Also, the fact that she wants to test out the timing on his collar is risky, but she's the first person who seems adequately prepared to deal with it. She comes across to him as careful and trustworthy.

He and I don't know how to express our gratitude.

Ah when she meets him in person, it'll be obvious he's struggling to take care of himself. Gokudera is the kind of person who literally puts everyone's needs before his own, and the world of Amoi left him with some very painful scars (collar included).

Gokudera worries about how his boss is doing. Always. He wants him to live with him, but worries about how little space he has, and that Uri may bother him.

Mostly he just worries.

About whether the Tenth trusts him

If he thinks he's weird

If they can get close the way they used to.

He can't wait to get his collar off because he definitely doesn't want Tsuna worrying about him. Gokudera wishes his boss would come to him for more help, and is tempted to send a message to his IC inbox every day to wish him well, or just encourage him.
