Gokudera very much feels that distance as well. He doesn't want to impose, and isn't used to having roommates, actually, but I think that maybe daily routines where they spend more time together can help.

Engagement seems like a lot, but Gokudera is NOT ready for anything like a wedding. He doesn't consider himself old enough for something like that. It's operating more as a sort of... promise ring?

He has matured, though, so it's nothing I think will negatively impact his and Tsuna's relationship. He's still trying to figure out how to pick up fun habits, like walking his boss to and from school, and checking on him regularly.

It's more than Tsuna's got so I think he magnifies it in his mind.

But yeah, I don't think it's a bad thing and as they fall into a routine, it'll get better. It's just something Tsuna has to get used to.
