It's that time again already! It's time for our current players to plot for the month ahead, get some new CR and chat together about things to come. Go ahead and copy/paste the form below. Or don't. We aren't your parents, we can only make really good suggestions. (Unless...? Nah.)

Hanabi Hyuuga

Character Name: Hanabi Hyuuga usedforcepalm
Canon: Naruto (end of Shippuden)
Info: Hanabi Hyuuga is an 11 year old ninja child, younger sister to Hinata Hyuuga and younger cousin to Neji Hyuuga. She’s the heiress to the Hyuuga clan, who are basically ninja nobility with a pretty brutal martial arts style that involves precision strikes on people’s circulatory system and shoving energy into people’s internal organs. Despite this, Hanabi’s a fairly sweet kid - albeit driven and sometimes overly serious.
Magics & Familiar: Elemental & Blood, salamander familiar (it’s about the size of an iguana) named Enmei
Desired CR:
-Mentors. In particular those with combat and/or survival experience, but adults who can give some advice and guidance in general are good
-Fellow martial artists of all ages. She’d love to have people to train with
-Magic users with either Elemental or Blood magic to practice together with
-Bad influences People who will nudge her toward the occasional morally questionable choice (on quests or otherwise)
-People to go on quests with. She’s more likely to choose the combat quests than the assistance ones
-People attending school. Although there is a school in her world, it’s more for learning how to be a good ninja rather than having regular classes, socialization and extracurriculars.
-Friends in general Pretty self-explanatory? I’m looking mainly for positive CR while I get settled in here.

Known Plans: Hanabi will be doing the Don’t Lose Your Head, Pumpkin Mayhem and Locksley quests, open to Bunker Down and Culinary Quest as well. She has a post about training and going on quests here

Ahhh, Hanabi! I'd love for Mitsuru to meet her and potentially go on some quests or train together.

I don't know how familiar your are with Persona 3, but I feel like they've got some common ground to connect over - Mitsuru is also the heiress to a prominent family in her world, had a really purpose-driven upbringing, and wound up a little bit repressed and overly serious as a result.

And, coincidentally, I was about to have her propose something similar to what Hanabi just suggested on the network - just a little more formalized.

That sounds awesome! My familiarity with Persona 3 is only through RP osmosis, but I do think they'd get along pretty well.

If you've ever got any questions, I'd be happy to fill in some of the blanks. But yeah, I think the more Mitsuru learns about Hanabi's backstory, the more she'll wind up seeing a younger version of herself in her.

Gandra Dee

Character Name: Gandra Dee sciencerebel
Canon: Ducktales (2017)
Info: Gandra Dee is a morally grey scientist who works for some shady people (including the main villain organization of the series) in order to fund her research. She winds up doing a heel-face turn closer to the end of season 3, and is Fenton’s love interest. Gandra is intelligent and snarky, but secretly harbors some insecurities due to people not understanding her research and judging her in the past. She experimented on herself, including injecting nanites into her own body.

Magics & Familiar: Healing & Technomancy, blue sphinx familiar named Bahira
Desired CR:
-Scientists! Is your character into science? Gandra will happily talk science for hours with them
-Technomages Similar to her interest in science, Gandra’s very interested in the fusion between technology and magic, and she wants to become proficient with this branch of magic
-People in need of healing Is your character prone to getting hurt? Gandra can help you out
-Former villains Did your character make some bad choices in the past that they’re working to redeem themselves from? Connect with Gandra, she understands
-Healers Need to brush up on your biology knowledge to get better at healing? Gandra’s been making an app for that.
-People who want to make a database Gandra is all in favour of questioning things, becoming better informed, and making that information accessible to everyone
