Why do you use false names and titles?

People in Fódlan don't like outsiders, so they'd see me as nothing but an enemy... at best. To gain trust and acceptance, it was easier to hide who I was.

Things turned out very different to what I'd originally hoped when war broke out... but yes, my goal was to make things better for everyone. Sometimes it takes an outsider's perspective to shake things up, you know?
