Desired CR: Right now I'm mainly looking to set him up with friends and acquaintances. People he can kind of hang around with and do stuff with.
Known Plans: Nothing in particular, like I said I mostly am looking for stuff for him to do with other people at the moment. Whether that's quests or anything else in between. I also wouldn't mind him investigating whatever mysteries that need investigating (such as the island of dreams).

On the note of the island! He's going to be more interested in it as a means of inspiration/the potential of something hiding under the surface. This would also be the perfect opportunity to have him nearly die and plan out someone rescuing him from reenacting his death! Similarly, if anyone wants to act out one of his stories or poems here's your chance!
