I only play Aerith from FF7 (particularly, the remake).

Thank you for such a wonderful year in Avalon, a variety of CR, a lot of challenges for me to explore in Aerith's character and what drives her, and every shade of grey that's fallen in between. (And it goes without saying, but for all of the patience whilst I've handled IRL obligations.)

I wish I had a concise way to describe Aerith and I really don't, but I think if she can endear herself to others, that's an extremely high compliment and that is what I'm aiming for.

Oh, right, that you are an absolute inspiration as much as you'd deny it. You've always been wonderful to talk to, with very set ideas on your characterization and you try your best to find what you enjoy in everything you set out to do. I see that in Aerith, how you've truly managed to explore her as a complex being without making her difficult to interact with. I love seeing you happy about your progress (and difficulties) with her- and I want you to ever have all that fulfillment you can have and more. You rock, stay beautiful!

I'm extremely happy that I've been able to convey the nuances of Aerith. I talk a lot about how nervous I am playing her and it's really, really nice to have that feedback that what I'm doing makes sense and doesn't seem like it's coming out of nowhere. (I'm always saying that, but it never gets old.)

Since we started our CR about a year (?) ago it's been nothing but a blast! Aerith has been nothing but a delight, and you capture her charm, her quirkiness, and all of her nuances in a way that makes me think you're one of the OG writers. You have such a versatile way of writing and story-telling that honestly makes me have to take a step back from the phone and be like "holy shit this is damn good", like, I have to think of how I can possibly match what I'd have to give back in a tag!! (definitely in a good way because it feels like i'm being pushed to be better at writing, and i absolutely appreciate the inspiration you give because of how good you are!) Everything you write as a [narrator] truly captures the character's inner voices, doubts, excitement, sorrows, and thoughts in a way that just makes sense for them to think through. I appreciate the back and forth these two have when they do interact, and i appreciate how you can move a thread along when it's needed. What i'm saying is that you're an extraordinarily talented writer, and you're super fun to thread with.

I don't even know how to cover it all.

It's actually quite flattering because I do this thing I shouldn't do and compare our writing a lot. Your writing is actually so good that it's a bit intimidating. You have a way with narrative and how you paint a picture with words that I think is quite a bit better than my own ability to do so. It makes our scenes very rewarding and at times, incredibly challenging.

It sounds like you do the same thing, so no wonder we're constantly in this pleasant war with one another on how we can keep giving our best.

I am always delighted for what we get up to, positive, negative, or wherever it may rest on the spectrum of things. Nothing is particularly easy with our CR and it's always some kind of misadventure to drag ourselves through. I can't wait to see what we get up to next.

Aerith is a tricky character for me to play and not at all my type, but it brings me a lot of joy that Morgan and others can play off of her so well.

Morgan is always a fountain of knowledge, constantly challenging how Aerith views the world and the people in it, which I feel is so integral to her as an individual. I adore Morgan a lot and think he has such an infectious enthusiasm about him.

Type or not, you play her well and you play her wonderfully. And getting to tag her brings infectious delight all its own!
