I'm happy Hijikata got to befriend Somnus!! They sometimes aren't immediately on the same wavelength due to their different backgrounds, but that's half the fun to me - and ultimately Hijikata really respects Somnus and will listen to his opinion. I'm looking forward to throwing them into more situations they're not prepared for next year!

Hijikata has been a delight with whom to thread. they come from very different backgrounds (and canon genres), but that doesn't seem to stop them from getting along in a practical sense, as they're both very must-get-things-done type of people.

i appreciate gintama in 2021 and in RP, too! the show itself can be a great blend of absurdist humor, wacky comedy, parody, and seriousness, and you bring that to RP as if you were writing for the team. each tag is like a new adventure, i honestly cannot predict where our threads will go sometimes! (this makes things exciting and fun!!)

on an ooc note, you've been very wonderful to plot, chat, and talk about threads with! you help move threads along, and seeing all the detail you put into Hijikata's going-ons and personal plots in avalon makes me realizing that, wow, i'm totally slacking in comparison. DUDE U HUSTLE!! and it shows with hiji's development!! i look forward to what else you might come up to do with him, and i hope that whatever he gets into, it'll be something really damn cool. hijikata has the potential to be a great leader of his own accord, and i feel like you're laying down the basis for that for how involved he is in avalon. he's a staple of the community!

It's always so nice to meet people who know/like Gintama, especially in 2021!! It's such an oddball series (and so goddamn long!), it's great when someone already understands its absurd mood range. I'm all the more happy and humbled that you think I manage to capture a little bit of everything! That makes me very glad. ♡

You've been nothing but sweet and easy-going regarding any plot ideas etc, so thank you very much for that too!! ♡ I keep having so many plot ideas that my prompts regularly end up TL;DR, but it's been gratifying to get to play this big "get over being scared of ghosts and step up for them in the only way you know" arc with Hijikata (and I'm so happy that other people enjoy playing along too)! Somnus, you're going to keep getting dragged into this local cop's ongoings.
