i think i've mentioned this before, but i always think Izumi has an especially soft spot for Juza among all the A3! boys because she sees a lot of herself in him. they both came into acting with hammy skills and she's determined to see him bloom for it. his passion and desire to act and improve always impresses her and inspires her to do better as a director. she's gotta keep up with everyone!!! getting to know the true Juza rather than the outer appearance / prescribed reputation he was given as a result of looking Intimidating has been a blessing. she thinks he's a truly charming and sweet boy, very dedicated. ;;

but also pls call her when you need food she's Concerned about the jutai diet.

Izumi adores Razor this is no secret to anyone who has so much as breathed in my presence while i read their threads.

she does think he's odd, but that's not a bad thing, just an inevitability due to the way he was brought up she thinks. she has lots of weird guys in Mankai so, like, it's normal to be a bit odd. she definitely feels out of her depth sometimes with his unique situation; she wants to help him, uh, domesticate a little but also doesn't feel like it's her place to force that on him especially since he seems to be doing just fine living as a feral kid.

she won't deny that she's impressed that Razor is so polite, thoughtful and kind despite his upbringing (since she doesn't know about the Mondstadters yet iirc?) but it just makes him more endearing. she'd really like to introduce him to the Kaika boys one day tbh.

but overall she just hopes she can be a supportive presence to him as he needs ;;
