Izumi gave Juza his one and only real chance at doing what he loves but also at showing himself to the world in a way that's otherwise not possible for him... And not "just" that, even, she's willing to share about her own shortcomings for his benefit. Before joining Mankai, he's never been able to expect anything from others and she gave him a fighting chance just the moment they met; not just giving him the mere chance to prove himself but a whole toolkit to help him do so. 5ever grateful.

Juza is realizing that he's missing people who aren't in Avalon (even Banri a tiny little bit), so he might want to come to Kantoku-san about that 😔👉👈 Like, hey, even with all the other guys here...... She's someone he can talk to...

Tsumugi has helped Juza out a lot in acting and with schoolwork in the past, but I imagine they're still a little awkward with each other. They have that passion for acting and sweets to bring them together, and while they get approached quite differently each, I feel like their inner values also have them with a lot in common. If they talked about it, the fact that they have both had moments where they'd doubted their own abilities—on stage—and thus self-confidence in what they actually love took a hit, I think it would help both come out of their shells (and that's it for egg puns) some more... not to mention his skill as an actor, first and foremost, Tsumugi's approachableness is something Juza admires.
