She would really like to get to know Mukuro better! Which is a weird thing to say when they've known each other for seven months now, but clearly the real Mukuro is buried beneath layers of pretending to be Junko, self-loathing, etc.
Monika values individuality and standing out from the crowd a lot (considering everything in her game, she likes to believe that's understandable). So the idea that someone is forced to hide their true self and pretend to be someone else... That's horrifying to her.
She trusts her and really want to help her show her true self to everyone! She has a bit of a worry though, that Mukuro would betray everyone if Junko showed up because brainwashing can go very far...
With all that being said, she got a special punch reserved for Junko if ever anyone apps her to Avalon. Okay, maybe not a punch since she's not the physical type...

Monika is usually quick to put the dots together (like with Mukuro) but she's still absolutely clueless as to Caster's true identity. And she doesn't really mind either. She knows the real names of most of her friends in Avalon, and the vast majority aren't historical or mythical figures.
The base of her trust for Caster is Homura. After the amnesia thing, she trusts her more because she figures if she was a bad person seeking to do bad things, that would have been the time. But they don't know each other that well yet so it's like, 50/50 on the social link chart.
In fact she doesn't know much about Caster at all... Except she had her heart broken once. Misery loves company and all that!

Chara is still a total little shit whom Monika believes ought to be monitored.
However, some of the things she saw on the network helped her remember that she shouldn't be that judgmental and people are complex, especially kids.
And especially when they're sentient video game characters.She'd like to get to know his story so she can finally know what to think. Is he a sociopathic kid who was born this way, or one who went through hell and back like she did?

Gokudera could have made the potential boyfriend list had he not arrived too late... Which is a blessing for the two of them tbh. She's surprised really, based on first impression she thought he'd have been the kind of be a lone wolf, rude and all that. Tropes... Failed her. Which is a great thing since tropes failing makes her more confident this is the real world!

She'd like to spend more time befriending him. He sounds like he could be a "normal" friend like all people her age have and her life is... Extremely lacking in normalcy.
Also better be ready for an absolutely startled (horrified?) reaction when he'll reveal he has not one partner but two of them. Polyamory is something Monika has a hard time to understand. How can you not devote all of yourself to one and only one person? That's something she can't conceive.

He is a lone wolf type, but of course, he’s adapted since being in games for so long, taken on some more depth over time and opened up a bit more. Being in three alien worlds away from home changes a guy, y’know?
