Oh man, where to even start.

Well, the familiar ground is always there. Gokudera is so important to Tsuna. First friend, Best friend, they have been through so much together and honestly, Tsuna doesn't really know what he would do without him. Especially in light of his update, and everything they went through there. I think that they've really grown to have that idea of mutual support for each other and potentially, this is what a Boss and his Right Hand would look like.

That being said, Tsuna does worry about Gokudera a lot. And he really wishes he could have a bit more courage in making Gokudera relax. Sleep and eat properly. The little things that he's probably missing. But he also feels a little helpless, since Gokudera has gone through So Much More than him and he's not really sure what he can do aside from be there. There might not be that much difference between them, but Tsuna feels like there is and there's still a bit of a gulf there, even if it's closed some. I think there's a lot about Gokudera that Tsuna doesn't fully understand, being a 16 year old kid who's worldview has rapidly expanded and he's still trying to catch up, but ultimately, he wants Gokudera to be happy.

There is a lot about Chrome that Tsuna does not understand and she confuses him a lot.

Who she is as a person, her connection to Mukuro, she's just sort of been this constant question since they met. But at the same time, Tsuna trusts her. She's his Mist (or one part of it) and he's grateful for her. And he's happy to see her making friends with Kyoko and Haru and starting to open up. I think he really wants to get to know her better. And just, understand her.

But yeah, he trusts her, is glad that she trusts him, and is happy to count her among his friends.

That's fair. Chrome hasn't really told anyone her story, and not for any particular reason, probably just not the right timing or her own timidness. Though she likes Tsuna because she relates to him a lot and thinks they are similar. She wants to be as useful to him as she can be. She's looking forward to filling in those blanks with him further down the line.
