Canon: Dust: An Elysian Tail
Info: Eek, a furry! What do you do when your species is being genocided by an army? You grab the soul of an assassin and the soul of the kid that killed him, whip up a warrior, and point him in the general direction of everything you want taken care of. Note that at no point in the process are things like "NOT living your life in constant battle" included. Why would they be?

Magics & Familiar: Elemental and siphoning; Quetzalcoatl.

Desired CR: Dust needs:

Friends in general! He's lost a fair bit of CR in his time here.

Help living a normal life, still and yet.

Questing and adventuring partners.

I'm not gonna say no to any romantic stuff coming his way.
Quests and TDM Prompts Ideas: Dust could use someone with somewhat better knowledge of boats than he has to come along on Scary Sea Shanties, and he'd cheerfully provide some muscle for Mediqueens. Stuff on the Dark Web is never something he looks at, being the good guy sort.
Known Plans: Not a one!

Fellow Bargainers. There's five total in the game!

Anyone who would like Bargaining done on their behalf. Morgan cheerfully subcontracts, he's got a TON of legalese for protection and fairness.

Fellow dumbasses. Let's have some stupid fun.

People who need help. Whether physically, mentally, emotionally, or whatever -- Morgan is the sort who wants to help others, and might even be able to do so. Let me help you push your characters in the direction of that growth and development you want them to someday reach!

Quests and TDM Prompts Ideas: Those massage techniques are almost exactly like stuff he could do with his proper powerset, so anyone want a very nice massage? Or a willing test dummy who can offer some pointers?

Known Plans: I expect sometime this month, Morgan will put out a message letting people know just how very bad it's gotten at the End of the World, and encouraging people to come see it.

It's been forever since Dust saved Hijikata's ass in the lake, but maybe they can row out there again for the Scary Sea Shanties quest! Two elemental mages can probably overpower the sea hag. Or alternatively he wouldn't say no to a massage from Morgan (his last massage was a front for an abduction, so he's grumpy over that)!

In general I'd kind of like to work with the bestiary more... we have so many interesting species here, and Hijkata loves recruiting people/creatures into his efforts of keeping Camelot safe. I'll have to brainstorm about what type of creature would be the greatest asset, and this may really only come into full effect when he disbands his ghost patrol come autumn, but TL;DR sooner or later he'll probably seek out a siphoner!

Well, these are definitely the guys to talk to. Morgan's crashed through every Bargainable creature in the bestiary he could find to get something going with them, and Dust is definitely good with his siphoning. An adventure to handle a hag would be fun!

OMG I meant a bargainer, not siphoner... but hey, you never know when you'll need the latter!! Hijikata remembers Morgan asking on AOL if there are any other bargainers, so he'll recall that he is one when the time rolls around.

I plan to whip up a post tomorrow; should I include the quest prompt in there, or would you prefer to make a post for Dust?
