Fandoms: Gintama, Hakuouki, Bakumatsu... I just totally got sucked into this whole samurai (specifically Shinsengumi) stuff for the last few years. My other fandoms are all older (respectively I'm not up to date on the ongoing ones) because I tend to stay in each for a long time and also my free time has greatly diminished since I became a higher-level adult, but they include CLAMP (mainly Tokyo Babylon and X/1999), Ghost in the Shell, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Star Wars, Resident Evil, Silent Hill and other horror games. Nowadays I'm mostly somewhat in touch with other fandoms through osmosis (recently it's been Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Genshin Impact).

Other Interests: I love to travel when there's no pandemic going on!! Otherwise I pretty much just work all the time, so apologies if I'm slow sometimes.

I, too, liked Tokyo Babylon. It dealt with serious themes in a way that I would probably still be impressed with, even after all this time.

CLAMP is just timeless like that! But Tokyo Babylon really holds up well in particular. It's actually the only manga series I ever owned in book form.

Seeing Walter now makes me think that he and Subaru actually look similar, but boy, do they have different approaches to their work (I only know Hellsing through osmosis from back in the day, but I remember him being a badass!).
