It's the 4th! That means that it's time now for our current players to plot for the month ahead, get some new CR and chat together about things to come. Go ahead and copy/paste the form below. Or don't. We aren't your parents, we can only make really good suggestions. (Unless...? Nah.)

Canon: Fate/Stay Night
Info: Volatile, manipulative sorceress from Ancient Greece summoned as a Caster-Class Servant to fight in a magical war between Magi in the present day. Known as the witch of betrayal, and makes herself look the part with her suspicious looking dark cloak and secretive manner, she has the capability to resort to underhanded and outright evil tactics to get her happiness. She just wants to go home to her partner and have a happy ending as his wife, but the world is conspiring against her.
Magic & Familiar: Dark / Skeletal Dragon

Desired CR:
*looks at quest post* So this is the month she’s going to burn all her bridges with CR who thought she wasn’t a nasty person got you. Honestly this month I would love for it to start to come out exactly what she's capable of - considering the Morganna quest and the Selkie quest in particular - and how her friends and allies deal with that.

Connectedly, I’d love her to get some new negative CR too, or at least bicker with people who’s sense of morality clashes with her’s. People she can manipulate are also good.

Other CR is always welcome of course. She’s making friends! Much to her confusion. She enjoys debating with people and having allies she can vent with, and just generally people who can get her out of her shell, even if she's not the best at smalltalk. She’s having fun mentoring a handful of people in magic, when she's in the mood for it.

Only thing I’m not interested in is romance, as she’s still loyal to her partner, so the closest it will probably get outside of Cupid's Arrow shenanigans is “Yes I’m fond of you but I have someone waiting at home”.

Known Plans:
As mentioned she’ll be involved in the Selkie quest - but warning that her approach to said Selkie’s husband will involve her torturing him by causing pain with her magic until he gives the pelt up. Then probably killing him. The whole thing reminds her far too much of how her ex-husband Jason treated her, so she's taking it personally.

Caster'll also get involved in the crystal collecting quest (and handing a black one over to Morganna at the end) and at some point will get hit by a cupid's arrow and become best doting waifu - she will react very poorly to anyone who hits her once it all wears off, and very grateful to anyone who doesn't take advantage of the situation.

Experimenting with Dark Rituals from Morganna's request is a thing, but she'll struggle a bit with the opening up part. She'll try her best!

Canon: Danganronpa
Info: Here be spoilers. A student at Hope's Peak Academy, a school that collects all of the most talented high schoolers from across the country and beyond, assigning them 'Ultimate' titles based on what they are the best-of-the-best at. Mukuro here is the Ultimate Soldier, having worked as part of an elite Mercenary group called Fenrir when she was a young teenager - but she returned to Japan to attend Hope's Peak and help her younger sister (and Ultimate Fashionista) Junko end the world with the power of despair. Oops.

As part of her sister's plans, she was posing as her in the killing game she set up in their school. Only problem is, her acting is atrocious, knows nothing about fashion and can't help but nerd out about military stuff. She's a loyal, devoted bodyguard with a basically non-existent self worth thanks to her sister's abuse.
Magic & Familiar: Animal / Hellhound

Desired CR:
She's already making some good positive relationships with people, which is grand. Honestly, I'm enjoying having her find a mix of people who she's trying to fit in with by pretending to be a good Fashionista and watching her struggle to not get outed as a fake - and I'm also enjoying her accidentally stumbling into people who appreciate her more military aligned side and can bring out her actual self a little more.

The last thing she remembers from canon was being betrayed and killed, so people who can help her deal with that are also much appreciated.

I'm generally up for anything though! Positive CR/Negative CR/romance, ideas are all good.

Known Plans:
She'll be hitting the Quests again this month, in particular I'm interested in the library quest, but she's all for being dragged into other ones too. Otherwise, she's still very much finding her feet. She's never used magic before, and it's safe to say she had no idea what she's doing, so training buddies are appreciated.

Also, given how many idol-y sorts are around, I'd love for someone to discover that she's actually got a good singing voice and encourage her. She will be massively embarrassed, of course, but it'd be good for her.

I've really been enjoying our thread with Mukuro and Darin! Once Darin gets his forge up and running, he still wants to have her come by and help promote the place! I'm also down with them going on quests together if you'd like and even explore talk about their past traumas!

I'm enjoying these two as well! And yes, she will totally come by and try to prove she knows how to model she doesn't and try not to gush over the weaponry she totally will.

In the meantime questing sounds like fun, and sharing mutual trauma will be good if the conversation goes that way.

Thank you, I've had fun threading with Emet too - Questing together sounds good! She hasn't worked out much about Emet just yet, but it'll be good for them to get to know each other.

Emet can facepalm as she continues to try and deny she knows anything about combat or has any experience at all whilst proving the opposite time and time again.

For goodness' sake girl please stop worrying about what he'll think and just shoot the enemy!

Me too Stella is a ball of sunshine and I'm loving seeing her bounce off these girls and relentlessly try to make friends with them. However difficult/awkward they are.

Caster's IC Inbox is open if she wants to spam memes at her and watch her just entirely fail to understand any of it, because she is very not up on her pop culture. At some point she needs to find out people have made memes about her lol.

Yeah definitely too short notice for the concert but yes, please drag Mukuro along and let her sing! She'll come and lurk awkwardly.

No but I love their interactions so far, it's been good fun! Not sure...how he's going to take her being an awful person this month if/when it gets back to him, but I'm all for seeing how that fallout goes?

He's welcome to join her on being-awful quests of course - I think it would be interesting for them to try synchronisation magic if he's up for that.

Sounds like a plan! She'll be her usual twitchy self but he's got more hope than most of getting her to trust him.

Out of interest, I assume normal Earth mythology is a thing where he's from? I'm mostly curious if he'd know any of the myths around her.

Dude knows in an alternate universe he conquered Earth and made it kneel before Evil, he's got a LOT of capacity for tolerance. Most likely he'll just annoy her with things like "what's that going to accomplish?" and "did that change anything?".

He is from Earth, but never really got into the Greco-Roman myths since he ended up with a more Eastern bent. I've wondered that same question, but decided it's probably unlikely he'd ever put it together.

Let's face it, Saber is already fully aware that Caster's not exactly the highest on the moral compass. Considering everything that's happened, they're not exactly likely to be buddy-buddy. She still remembers that time you made her stab Shirou, Caster. She still remembers that time you put her in a wedding dress, Caster.

Still, there's the running joke of Caster being obsessed with making Saber figurines, and cupid arrows are going around. I don't have thoughts or plans behind that but hey ill put it out there and maybe something can be planned out.

Saber looked great in a wedding dress, Caster does not see the issue here thank you. But yes, I am liking the sort of grudging acceptance of each other they seem to be developing, even if they are unlikely to be buddy-buddy.

I mean...that scene in Carnival Phantasm where Caster is gushing over how adorable Saber is comes to mind. Saber can totally have Caster fangirling over her / offering to dress her up / make figurines of her whilst she's under the effect of the arrows.

Once the effect fades she will want to never speak of this again but it will be amusing.

She looks great in anything! That is no excuse! The cupid arrow being the only thing that would give Caster the opportunity to do any of that bhdlfjafdas.

And then the effect fades, and it becomes a forbidden topic, never to be touched again... and to lie forever beneath the dirt along with Archer in his grave.

Grudging acceptance of each other will probably be as far as it goes lmao. Heck, in Emiya Gohan she's still wary of Caster until she makes something that tastes good and then she says she'll leave her alone. Still, it's something!

The mun thinks best Saber outfit is the suit from Zero but Caster will make an argument for something more frilly and cute.

Haha yes this needs to happen. Just to make things awkward, embarrass Caster and make Saber question her life choices.

Emiya Gohan is best canon. But yeah, Caster will be rather skittish about trusting her old enemies and keep them at arm's length right up until she finds out Archer killed Souichirou and then grudge match, but I can't see these two being close buddies or anything.

...At some point she needs to ask Saber whether Archer was trolling her when he told her his true name.

Oh man, both of them are interesting! And hello, I'm Mari (a different Mari from our Harry Potter player), and I have Lucy/Nyuu from Elfen Lied (manga ver.) + Prisma CRAU.

Waiting on a reply from another player, but if they've already found someone else to thread with for the selkie quest, Lucy would be willing to work together with Caster for that. She's not an upstanding citizen either and thinks killing the husband would be justifiable, and would not be put off by Caster's torture. Lucy's done some torture herself in the past.

Then if the other player gives me an A-OK about the selkie quest, I'd still like to do something with Mukuro! I'm also interested in the library quest. Then Lucy and Nyuu are part of the club that Stella's put together, and both are fond of singing.

Hi Mari! Nice to meet you! Elfen Lied certainly brings back memories, I never got around to finishing it but I remember watching bits of it an age ago.

That would be awesome if she wants to come along and help Caster go hunt down the Selkie's husband, and not judge her too harshly for taking the whole thing to extremes.

Otherwise yes, library quest fun times with Mukuro are all good, and it'll mean she has a friend at the club when she gets dragged along which is a plus

Ahhh, I like all these ideas! If it's alright with you, could the girls have CR with both your characters? Because after some thought, I decided I wouldn't mind threading the selkie quest multiple times, so Lucy can still tag along with Caster. Then I could certainly toss Nyuu at Mukuro's catch-all, but I'm not opposed to taking it slow either. i.e. Tagging Caster one month, and then Mukuro the next.

Yes of course!! You're more than welcome to throw them at at both my girls - and if you're happy to thread the Selkie quest with Caster too that'd be great, want me to tag Lucy's top level or do you want to tag her's (She's got someone else offering to do it with her but I'm also happy for her to have multiple threads).

As for Mukuro please feel free to tag her catch-all on whichever prompt strikes your fancy - I'm cool with them both at the same time, I normally alternate tags one muse one evening, the other one the next, so should work!
