It's the 4th! That means that it's time now for our current players to plot for the month ahead, get some new CR and chat together about things to come. Go ahead and copy/paste the form below. Or don't. We aren't your parents, we can only make really good suggestions. (Unless...? Nah.)

Character Name: Joshua Edenic
Canon: Beyond Eden
Info: more in-depth info here. Joshua comes from a BL VN set in Victorian England and is a pursuable characters in the game. He's one of four brothers and the second son of a Baron so he's lived a relatively privileged life. It's just also come with a lot abuse and neglect and has left him reserved and closed off. He's learning to work on that and be more forth coming though and sometimes he can be a bit harsh and can banter pretty well in the right circumstances.

He also suffered a severe childhood injury to his right leg that requires him to use a cane to walk, though it doesn't impair him severely and he's pretty lax if people bother him about it.

Magic & Familiar: Light and Kelpie.
Desired CR:
-Making friends. He was for all intents and purposes a shut in back home and isolated from anyone who wasn't his family and servants. He's forcing himself out and about partially just so he can survive, but he's an introvert by nature, so help?

-More people to just be trouble for him in general. While he's working hard on being better about it, he is a passive person by nature, so there's a lot of crap he can take. When he snaps though, he can be pretty mean and has a stubborn streak in him.

-I'm not really interested in shipping since he just got a partner back home, but flirting and that is fine! He might not know how to cope with that since he has very little experience. And he's not letting himself think about how much he misses his boyfriend. So him having to deal with that might be fun, especially once he decides to just play along.

-Roommates, maybe? He's not totally inept at it, but he's never actually lived on his own before, since he comes for a large household with a crap load of servants.

Known Plans: None right now, though I'm deciding what I'll do on the quest board right now.
Other: The info post I linked doubles as an opt out so feel free to use it. There's a lot of abuse in his backstory and it's inevitable that it might come up in tags. There's also a lot of non-consent/consent issues in his route, though I'll pretty much never mention that. But always feel free to refuse CR for any reason, no matter how serious or mundane!

Todoroki would be sympathetic (or empathetic, really), but he'd try to be useful if you need someone for quests sometime?

That could be interesting! And Joshua is pretty aware of his own weaknesses and trying to work around them, but he's definitely going to look for adventurering partners.

Did you say trouble? I liked the thread between Crow and Joshua even if they were on opposing sides. I can see Crow continuing to be a thorn in Joshua's side even after the tournament, but not necessarily in a bad way.

One of his bandmates is similar to Joshua since he is also a shut-in, and can only communicate with people unless he poses. So he's used to socially awkward, difficult introverts, but that doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't make errors in dealing with them. So they are bound to butt heads, but it should make for interesting CR.

Yes I can see him both being annoyed but kind of tolerating because Joshua tolerates a lot. Also some of Crow's personality traits might remind him a bit of his younger brother.

Joshua wasn't unsatisfied with the fight either way though, so he'd definitely be willing to put up with some headbutting.

Crow can deal with mild annoyance. He's used to being punched when he gets out of line, so feel free for Joshua to whack him with his cane.

If Crow runs into him again, he will be sure to bother him! So prepare yourself, Joshua!
