OH BOY (ironic you ask this considering his username is literally the name of a phobia he has) so rosho's had stage fright for a good eight years, he struggles with speaking in front of crowds but he manages to get by somehow. he experienced some trauma both as a child and an adult and so its given him extreme nervousness about meeting expectations 😔 he's actually had some development regarding this in his canon but having someone else to talk to about it (esp a school counselor) would be amazing!
