Well, canon's short answer is everything, so probably the better way to go about this is things that don't actually exist in canon. My first thought would be video games. He'd definitely be able to beat games on their highest difficulties in no time, do well on those difficult platformers and so on. He's definitely got the quick reactions and the hand eye coordination for it!

What is Hawk's favorite activity other than fighting or drinking?

He actually enjoyed their times breaking into the prison. Any sort of danger is thrilling to him since his main reason for loving bloodshed is the thrill he gets from beating death yet again. Breaking into prison is quite the thrill because it's insanely risky even if it's not outright life threatening.

Does Hawk shipwreck boats as much as Adol does?

Well before canon ends he won't have even left the area around Balduq. The curse prevented them from leaving the city itself and even before being cursed I'm sure measures were taken to ensure they didn't leave. I honestly suspect that the Hieroglyph Knights gave him a place specifically so he would have no reason to leave Balduq. After canon ends, I doubt he has much problem with shipwrecks.
